obligé d'utiliser mozilla

Infection informatique provoquant des pages publicitaires intrusives et des redirections proxy, avec des indices d'analyse et de nettoyage par des outils spécialisés pour déterminer l'origine et planifier la suppression. Des solutions essentielles incluent l'exécution de Malwarebytes Anti-Malware et d'AdwCleaner en tant qu'administrateur, puis la mise à jour, un scan rapide et la suppression des éléments détectés. En complément, l'outil RogueKiller peut être utilisé en mode suppression ou recherche, pour nettoyer les entrées proxy et les fichiers hosts, puis redémarrer en mode sans échec et répéter le balayage. Des vérifications additionnelles des paramètres réseau et des navigateurs, ainsi qu'une révision des paramètres proxy, permettent d'éviter de nouvelles redirections et d'assurer une remise en état fiable.

      ok, fais ceci et poste le rapport s'il te plaît

      télécharge delfix sur ton bureau

      le lien http://general-changelog-team.fr/fr/downloads/viewdownload/20-outils-de-xplode/9-delfix

      exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

      vérifie que ces cases soient cochées:

      supprimer les outils de désinfection (case cochée par défault)

      réactiver l'UAC

      purger la restauration système

      clique sur exécuter

      le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C:\delfix.txt

      poste le rapport via 1 copier/coller

        là je ne comprends pas tout, roguekiller a supprimer ceci, ainsi que pre_scan

        redémarre le pc en mode sans échec et exécute roguekiller, puis clique sur supprimer

        et proxy raz

        mode sans échec w8

        ensuite, repasse roguekiller en mode "recherche" et poste le rapport

          fais ceci s'il te plaît

          lance zhpfix en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

          copie tout le texte depuis ce lien https://www.cjoint.com/c/CKptIvUAtaH

          clique sur importer et dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre sur ok

          ensuite, colle le texte dans la fenêtre

          clic sur GO en bas de page et confirme par oui pour lancer le nettoyage des données

          le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C:\zhpfix.txt

          poste le rapport via ce lien https://www.cjoint.com/

          ensuite, refais moi 1 zhpdiag en cliquant sur la loupe avec le + et poste le rapport
