(Virus) - "csrss.exe" mon PC rame
Bonjour,
Je poste ce message sur ce forum car j'ai un problèmeavec mon PC qui rame depuis 2 jours.
- Les processus "cvchost.exe", "winlogon" et csrss.exe" tourne en fond sur mon ordi de manière anormale (il prennent 100% de l'UC)
- Lorsque j'ouvre Internet sur Firefox, un message d'erreur apparait (je peux quand même naviguer sur Internet, mais lentement)
- Je n'ai plus accès à l'explorateur windows, ni au panneau de configuration (ni par mes raccourci, ni par le menu démarrer.
J'utilise Kaspersky, AVG anti spyware, ad-aware et Spybot comme anti-virus et anti-spyware.
Je vous poste un rapport Hijackthis en espéant que vous pourrez me guider sur les étapes à suivre pour supprimer les virus présents sur mon PC et réparer les fichier corrompus.

Résumé de la discussion

moi je dirais que seul que tu essaye Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware je promet un resulat concret et satisfaisant meme le demo de ce soft est puissant mon cher

Rolalala sérieusement Winlogon.exe Svchost.exe et Csrss.exe sont des processus systèmes critiques ne pouvant pas être arrêté...
Vous jartez ça et votre PC va vraiment foiré...-

C:\Windows\System32
Sinon ce sont de jolis virus qui ont été nommés avec les noms des programmes requis par le systèmes, comme ça ni vu ni connu, j't'embrouille ^^
Ah et enfin, c'est bien tutux =D (seul truc dommage c'est que certains programmes windaube marchent pas, même avec wine =( )

Salut,
J'ai eu le mêmes Virus, MalwareBytes recherche rapide, supprimer les fichiers détectés, redémarrage et c'était terminer.
Ce virus est connu depuis quelque temps maintenant (année mêmes), donc facile a régler comme problème.

Salut,
Le processus csrss.exe (csrss signifiant Client/Server Runtime Subsystem) est un processus générique de Windows NT/2000/XP servant à gérer les fenêtres et les éléments graphiques de Windows.
Le fichier correspondant à ce processus est normalement située dans le répertoire "%SystemRoot%\system32\csrss.exe" (%systemroot% étant généralement C:\WINDOWS).
Le processus csrss n'est en aucun cas un Virus résident, un ver, un cheval de Troie, un spyware, ni un AdWare.
Il s'agit d'un processus système critique ne pouvant pas être arrêté.

Les processus "cvchost.exe", "winlogon" et csrss.exe" tourne en fond sur mon ordi de manière anormale (il prennent 100% de l'UC)
il faut lire avant de repondre
bien sur "cvchost.exe", "winlogon" et csrss.exe" ne sont pas des virus
mais peuvent etre utilisés par un virus
rappel de définition:
le virus classique s’attachera à un de vos programmes exécutables et se copiera systématiquement sur tout autre executable que vous lancez.

il serait temps -
je déteste dire ça mais il y a beaucoup de choses que vous devez savoir à propos de Sasser et Blast , l'ingénieur qui a crié ces virus n'est pas un idiot alors n'essayez pas de trouver les astuces chez des débutants, qui ne connait même pas les types de virus. La meilleur astuce pour ton problème c'est la répartition de ton ton disk-dure et in bon formatage , car j'ai déjà essayé tout ça mais je n'est jamais pu les supprimer BON CHANCE

Excuse-moi mais,
1. Un pro peut se planter ou ne pas trouver la solution car il n'a pas le PC verrolé devant lui.
2. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware est un très bon logiciel, tous les virus que j'ai eu et qui ne voulaient pas se tailler son parti (je pense à avp32.exe un trojan de eoRezo), et il est conseillé par beaucoup de "pro" =D
3. Celui qui pollue le plus c'est....

si ca marche pas Télécharge SDFix sur ton bureau
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau.
Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec (redemarrage + tapotte sans arret sur F8 desque l'ordi s'allume)
Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé sur le Bureau et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis !

Bojour,
Je t'ai déja dis je crois que je n'arrive pas à télécharger smitfraudfix : quand le lance, une fenêtre s'ouvre et me dit "une application externe est nécessaire pour ouvrir ce fichier" et si je fait OK, rien ne se passe.
Comment se fait-il que thefillbox ne marche pas sur mon ordi ? (c'est vraiment dommage car j'avais l'impression qu'il avait détecté les bons fichier virusés.
Ma grande question non résolue aujourd'hui : comment se débarasser des virus présent sur mes processus "winlogon.exe" et "csrss.exe" et "cvchost.exe" ?

- J'ai fixé les éléments mentionnés sur Hijackthis.
- J'ai téléchargé the kill box et changé les paramètres en mode sans échec puis copier coller les élements dans the kill bo.
Mais problème : je ne peux pas cliqué sur "single file" car le bouton n'est pas accessible (grisé). Et quand je je clique sur la croix rouge, il me dit que le fichier a supprimé n'a pas été trouvé sur mon ordi.
J'ai fait tourné AVG à jour sur mon ordi.

telecharge the killbox

1.redemarre en mode sans echec (redemarage + tapotte sans arret sur F8 desque l'ordi s'allume)
2.desactive ta restauration (pour win xp ) comme ceci :
clike droit sur post de travaille/proprietes/restauration system et la tu coche desactiver la restauration du systeme tu applique
3.Double clic sur killbox.exe (Pocket Killbox)
- Dans "Full Path of File to Delete"
copie et colle:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\iexplore.exe
-clique sur single file
- clique sur la croix rouge
- une fenêtre va apparaître pour confirmation de suppression clique sur YES

redemare en mode normal
telecharge AVG anti spyware
https://www.01net.com/telecharger/
(n'oublie pas de le mettre a jour avant de lancer le scan)
Relance AVG AS puis choisis l'onglet "Analyse"
Puis l'onglet "Paramètres"
Sous la question "Comment réagir ?", clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaine"
Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"
/!\ Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse /!\
Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "
Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous"
Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le raport ici

il se passe la même chose que smitfraudfix pour SDfix : je le télécharge mais quand je veux ouvrir l'application en mode sans échec (ou en mode normal), une fenêtre noire s'ouvre puis se ferme rapidement, puis plus rien.
Que puis je faire ?
Pour info, au démarrage de mon ordi, après que les icones de mon bureau apparaissent, une fenêtre s'ouvre à chaque fois disant "C/ doc and setting/local server/local setting/application data/hrcopul.dll est introuvable"
