Message "insérez une disquette amorçable"
Good evening,
when I start my (other) computer, I get the message displayed on the black background: "This is not a bootable disk. Please insert a bootable floppy and press any key to try again.". I have had this PC for quite some time and I do not want to lose all the data that has accumulated on it :/
But the strangest thing is that this is the second time it appears. The first time I turned the computer off and on several times (using the on/off button) and after a few tries, it eventually booted up and worked normally. Today, I turn it on, no problem. Then I turn it off to go out, and when I turn it back on later, the error message comes back, and this time even restarting more than the first time, it doesn't start again.
I looked for the cause of this problem the first time it happened. So there are two possibilities: I wanted to free up some space on my hard drive, so I deleted a few files, I don't think that's the cause but it's possible; the other possibility is that it shut down from the extension cord, so in an abnormal way.
Anyway, is it possible to bypass this screen, if only to avoid losing my data? :/
Oh yes, before coming to ask my question, I looked to see if anyone else had the same problem but it didn't help me much. I'm especially afraid of doing manipulations alone (formatting, reinstalling Windows, among other solutions I've read), not being extremely skilled in this area ^^'
Thank you in advance! :)

Hello!
The few times I've seen this message is when you start with a USB drive inserted and it's either not bootable or not all the OS files are there (Ubuntu, for example).
Let me explain:
If you have a USB stick and you start with it, either it does nothing, or then it gives you this nice little screen. It depends on the boot priorities.
When you start your computer, you see the screen with the brand of your computer (mine is an MSI, and under the logo, it says F8 for... F11 for.... F12 for.... (I don't remember what they correspond to...)
I think F11 is to get a very ugly little screen, in a graphical mode more than simple, where you navigate with your keyboard, the BIOS (you must have heard of it) and in the BIOS, there is a tab "Boot," I believe, and there you adjust the priorities.
If you get that far, you can set "floppy USB Disk" or something with USB or floppy last and your boot hard drive (with Windows on it) first, so the C:\
Yes, I have trouble explaining, and I have only one computer, so it's even harder without the screen in front of me...
What I find strange is that your computer starts "correctly" after a few tries... As if the priorities were changing!
Maybe someone more specialized could help you better!
Check if you don't have any CDs, DVDs, USB sticks, or other storage "platforms" when you start it and change the priorities.
There are tutorials to change the boot order! (it seems scary the first time, but then you think, well, in fact, it's simple! well, not really because there are parts that I still don't know...)
Ah! Also! The BIOS is all in English! The language is always pretty much the same (boot, reboot, frequency...) it's not super complicated if you have a school level of 9th grade! :D
I can't help you more, at least for now!
Good luck and see you soon!

Printed circuit board = PCB in English, but for hard drives, it seems more evident to mention it.
This is the board, the only visible board located at the back of the hard drive:

The cable isn't really worn; it's more about the quality standpoint. The cable has never been touched since the computer was assembled, which is less than a year ago. I had to change it; however, nothing indicates that the cable was well-made and reliable, and that it was caused by a short circuit or the unexpected shutdown of the computer. -
