Universal Remote Control Code URC 20-C4B

Hello,
Can you help me find the codes for my remote control (NSE URC20-C4B) as well as how to enter them because my wife pressed a button and now my remote doesn't work anymore (Telefunken television). I no longer have the manual.

      If you have succeeded with the other devices, it proves that the method you are using is the right one.

              Hello,

              The channel tuning primarily depends on the TV, very little on the remote control. If the TV and the remote are truly compatible, simply pressing the Menu button will bring up the first page of settings.
              The rest is solely determined by the internal programming of the television and does not change regardless of the remote control.
              Unfortunately, the so-called universal remotes are not as universal as their manufacturers claim. They often only refer to the main functions, and among the functions they do not consider primary, those that most frequently cause issues are the Menu and AV buttons.

                              The so-called universal remotes are not as universal as their manufacturers claim, and what you're experiencing is unfortunately not exceptional.

                              The only way to have a remote that works exactly like the original remote is a replacement remote like this one http://ww1.telecommande.net
