Disque D: plein

Question

Bonjour, 
Depuis le début du mois, j'ai un message d'erreur qui m'indique que mon disque D: est plein. quand je vais voir dessus, on me dit que le 1er janvier 2012 j'ai effectué plein de sauvegardes soit plus de 100Go alors que ce jour là je n'ai fait que de la consultation internet. et quand j'essaie de rentrer sur les sauvegardes, je ne trouve que des fichiers qui ne s'ouvrent pas, et je ne sais pas à quoi ils correspondent et comme il s'agit de sauvegardes, j'ose pas trop les effacer pour faire de la place. Aidez moi svp. Merci d'avance.

*Télécharge ZHPDiag sur ton bureau :

* Laisse toi guider lors de l'installation,coche "Ajouter une icône sur le bureau" et décoche la case "Exécuter ZHPDiag" 

/!\Utilisateur de Vista et Seven : Clique droit sur le logo de ZHPdiag, « exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur » 

* Clique sur l'icône représentant une loupe (« Lancer le diagnostic ») 
* Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau à l'aide de l'icône représentant une disquette 
* Héberge le rapport ZHPDiag.txt sur un des sites ci dessous, puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum : http://www.cijoint.fr/

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix : 

Les logiciels d'émulation de CD comme Daemon Tools peuvent gêner les outils de désinfection. Utilise Defogger pour les désactiver temporairement : 

si tu as ce genre de d'outils sur ton pc Utilise Defogger pour les désactiver temporairement : sinon passe directement à combofix 

* Télécharge Defogger (de jpshortstuff) sur ton Bureau 
* Lance le 

* Une fenêtre apparait : clique sur "Disable" 

* Fais redémarrer l'ordinateur si l'outil te le demande 

Note : Quand nous aurons terminé la désinfection, tu pourras réactiver ces logiciels en relançant Defogger et en cliquant sur "Re-enable"

*Double-clique sur ComboFix.exe (ou exécuter en tant qu'administrateur pour vista et seven) 

Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie... Clique sur oui pour accepter 

** SURTOUT INSTALLES LA CONSOLE DE RECUPERATION 
(si il te propose de l'installer remets internet) 

? Ne touche à rien(souris, clavier) tant que le scan n'est pas terminé, car tu risques de planter ton PC 

*En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire. 

* Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu 

** /!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\ 

*Note : Le rapport se trouve également là : C:\ComboFix.txt

Est ce que tu as  pu installer Avira car tu as des traces de McAfee et AVg

Utilise ce lien pour les désinstaller proprement (Avg et MCAfee)

Télécharge AdwCleaner (merci à Xplode) 
Lance AdwCleaner
Clique sur le bouton [ Suppression ] 
Patiente... 
Poste le rapport qui apparait en fin de recherche. 
Il se trouve également à C:\AdwCleaner[SX] (où X est un chiffre)

Oui Avira est bon s'il est bien installé (sans coché Askbar)

Après avoir désinstallé proprement McAfee et AVg, lance ZHPDiag depuis le bureau et prépare stp un nouveau rapport ZHPDiag

Puis Lance ZHPFix depuis le raccourci du bureau . 

* Une fois l'outil ZHPFix ouvert , clique sur le bouton [ H ] ( "coller les lignes Helper" ) . 

* Dans l'encadré principal tu verras donc les lignes que tu as copié précédemment apparaitrent . 

Vérifie que toutes les lignes que je t'ai demandé de copier (et seulement elles) sont dans la fenêtre. 

Clique sur le bouton  GO

Copie/Colle le rapport à l'écran dans ton prochain message

/!\ ATTENTION : cette analyse peut durer quelques heures /!\

* Télécharge MBAM et installe le selon l'emplacement par défaut  
https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/ 
* Lance Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware  
* Fais la mise à jour  
* Clique dans l'onglet  "Recherche"  
* Coche l'option "Exécuter un examen complet" puis sur le bouton "Rechercher"  
* Choisis de scanner tous tes disques durs, puis clique sur 'Lancer l'examen"  

A la fin de l'analyse, si MBAM n'a rien trouvé :  

* Clique sur OK, le rapport s'ouvre spontanément  

Si des menaces ont été détectées :  

* Clique sur OK puis "Afficher les résultats"  
*Vérifie que toutes les lignes sont cochées 
* Choisis l'option "Supprimer la sélection"  
* Si MBAM demande le redémarrage de Windows : Clique sur "Oui"  
* Le rapport s'ouvre automatiquement après la suppression, il se trouve aussi dans l'onglet "Rapports/Logs"  

* Copie/colle le rapport dans le prochain message  


Remarque : 
- S'il y'a un problème de mise à jour de mbam, tu peux la faire manuellement en téléchargeant  ce fichier puis en l'exécutant.

Je n'avais pas vu ce message... j'étais restée sur ccleaner. en fait, je n'arrive pas à installer avg remover pour 64 bits. j'ai téléchargé le fichier, je l'ai enregistré, je le lance, une fenêtre noire s'ouvre, le texte défile une seconde puis ça s'éteint et plus rien!!! je désespère!!! mon disque D: est toujours plein, je ne sais plus quoi faire. je te remercie beaucoup en tout cas pour ton aide.

Télécharge Dr Web CureIt sur ton Bureau :

? redemarre en mode sans échec

?- Double clique (clic droit "en tant qu'admin" sous Vista) <drweb-cureit.exe> et ensuite clique sur <Analyse>;

?- Clique <Ok> à l'invite de l'analyse rapide. S'il trouve des processus infectés alors clique le bouton <Oui>.

Note : une fenêtre s'ouvrira avec options pour "Commander" ou "50% de réduction" : Quitte en cliquant le "X".

?- Lorsque le scan rapide est terminé, clique sur le menu <Options> puis <Changer la configuration> ; Choisis l'onglet <Scanner>, et décoche <Analyse heuristique>. Clique ensuite sur <Ok>.
?- De retour à la fenêtre principale : clique pour activer <Analyse complète>

selectionne tous les disques

?- Clique le bouton avec flèche verte sur la droite, et le scan débutera.
?- Clique <Oui> pour tout à l'invite "Désinfecter ?" lorsqu'un fichier est détecté, et ensuite clique "Désinfecter".
?- Lorsque le scan sera complété, regarde si tu peux cliquer sur l' icône, adjacente aux fichiers détectés (plusieurs feuilles l'une sur l'autre). Si oui, alors clique dessus et ensuite clique sur l'icône <Suivant>, au dessous, et choisis <Déplacer en quarantaine l'objet indésirable>.
?- Du menu principal de l'outil, au haut à gauche, clique sur le menu <Fichier> et choisis <Enregistrer le rapport>. Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton Bureau. Ce dernier se nommera DrWeb.csv

?-pour le rapport tu l enregistres sur ton bureau , tu clic droit dessus /envoyer vers / dossiers compresses

ensuite :

tu m'envoies l'archive comme ceci :

clique sur ce lien : http://www.cijoint.fr/

? Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier ci-dessus.

? Clique sur Ouvrir.

? Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

Bonsoir, le scan se termine tout juste. Il n'a rien trouvé, du coup n'a pas créé de rapport et mon disque D: est toujours saturé... je désespère.

J'ai réussi à avoir le lien mais je galère pour enregistrer. Je sais pas si ça a un rapport avec le disque plein, mais chaque fois que je veux enregistrer un fichier depuis internet, mon navigateur plante et tout s'éteint. je suis obligée de recommencer une bonne dizaine de fois avant que ça marche. j'ai essayé 5 navigateurs différents et c'est pareil avec tous.

il se peut que  la sauvegarde automatique du sytem se soi active ...
tous simplement.
ca me la fait une foi, j avais mon dd externe qui eux un dossiers d archige apparaitre.
j ai désactivé la fonction depuis plus de problèmes.

c est sur seven bien sur que cela le fait car il semble que cette fonction soi active par defaut.

Bonjour, 

Démarre en mode sans échec avec prise en charge du réseau : 
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l'allumage du pc sans t'arrêter  
Une fenêtre va s'ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur >> démarrer enMode sans échec avec prise en charge réseau  
puis tape entrée.  
Une fois sur le bureau s'il n'y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c'est normal !  
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5)  
 Ensuite dans ce mode, tu refais :cette procédure citée en 1/ pour désinstaller proprement AVG

bien, le nettoyages. mais cela ne réglera pas le problème de la sauvegarde automatique activé.

 il faut évite que les sauvegarde automatique ne recommence.

donc : demarer

dans aide et support tape :

sauvegarde automatique


dans "pour modifier les sauvegardes automatiques"
clique sur le choix 1 .

dans "planification" clique sur "modifier les paramètres"

faire suivant

coche : "me laisser choisir"


vérifier ce qui est coché. décoché ce que ne vous ne voulez pas.

clique sur suivant.

en bas de la fenêtre clique sur "modifier la planification"

et la tu décoche "exécution planifiée".

tu valide.
tu ferme tout.

âpres tu doit pouvoir supprime les fichiers de sauvegarde sans problème.

pour le reste, évite certain site qui peuvent polluer ton system de malware.

si tu faire du surf a risque tu peu utilise un logiciel de virtualisation du system comme :
returnil. 
conseil : quand tu utilise ce genre de logiciel, il faudra dirze a ton logiciel messagerie de garde une copie de tes messages sur le serveurs.
les installation de programme ne seront pas prise en compte.
en cas de problème il faut juste redémarre le system, de même si tu veux désactive la protection. des tuto son dispo pour les réglée correctement.

j'ai fais ce que tu m'as dis, toutefois mon disque est toujours plein. je ne sais pas ce qu'il y a dans les sauvegardes. j'ai pas envie d'effacer qqch d'important. c'est ça le problème... quand les sauvegardes auto s'effectuent, qu'est ce que ça enregistre exactement? qu'est ce qu'on peut effacer sans perdre des choses auxquelles on tient? est ce qu'on doit lancer nous meme des sauvegardes? qu'est ce que tu appelles surf à risque? pourquoi les installations de programme ne sont plus prise en compte? et pourquoi je dois enregistrer mes messages?

ce sont des sauvegardes, c est a dire que c est exactement la copis du contenu de tout ton disque dur a quelque exception prêts. 
si tu les efface tu ne perd pas de donner. 
tu perd juste leur copie. 

la seul choses importante a sauvegarde ce sont tes document a toi ! image, photo, musiques, ficiher texte et tous autre document que tu a crée et utilise pour ton activité personnel ou professionnel. 
le reste (system et programmes) n on pas vraiment besoin d etre sauvegarde car tu peut toujours les reinstaller. 

perso je n utilise pas les log de sauvegardes, je copie juste les documents que je veux sur un disque dur externe. rapidité de récupération et exploitable de suite sur n importe quel autre system sans avoir a "décompressé" inutilement les donnes. 

en 5 minute je peu avoir axes a mes fichiers sur n importe quel autre pc, le temp que le principal soi réparé. 

en effet comme tu a pu le voir tu ne peu même pas lires ses fichiers de sauvegardes. 


l'interface chaise / clavier est la plus dur a configuré.
