Télécharge Gmer et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
http://www2.gmer.net/download.php

Note : l'application portera un nom aléatoire. Indique-le moi dans ton prochain message.

- Déconnecte toi d'internet si possible et ferme tous les programmes, puis lance l'outil.
- Clique sur le bouton "Scan" sur la droite.

- Lorsque le scan est terminé, clic sur "Copy".
- Ouvre le bloc-note et clic sur le Menu Edition / Coller
- Le rapport doit alors apparaître.

- Enregistre le fichier sur ton bureau et copie/colle le contenu ici.

==> Sauvegarde ton travail et ferme toutes les fenêtres actives, il peut y avoir un redémarrage du PC. Ne lance aucun programme tant que Combofix n’est pas fini. <==

Double clique sur combofix.exe, clique sur OUI et valide par Entrée

Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Combofix est détecté par certains antivirus comme une infection, ne pas en tenir compte, il s'agit d'un faux positif, continue la procédure

Supprime ce dossier C:\rsit

Refais un scan avec RSIT et poste le rapport log.txt seulement à la fin de l’analyse

Le rapport est dans le dossier ici C:\rsit

Scan fini, aucun fichier atteins à en croire le site. J'en viens à me demander si le problème ne viens pas d'autre part ...

Par contre, le log ne s'est pas bien enregistré, mais je suis sur que rien n'a été détecté.

Ton rapport n'est pas complet, poste de nouveau le rapport.

Le bureau est réapparu de lui même, pour ça il fallait en fait fermer le scan d'usbfix, chose que j'avais pas fait ^^

Donc, entre temps j'ai fait l'autre scan, je sais pas l'interpréter mais y'a pas l'air d'avoir grand chose.
J'ai également fait un scan complet de mon ordinateur avec Avira antivir Personal => Que dalle.

Non ne fais pas l'autre scan pour le moment, pour faire réapparaitre le bureau tu fais bien ceci :

CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus", clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Cela te fera apparaître ton bureau.

As-tu redémarrer le PC?

Bon, donc j'ai suivis tes explications, seulement j'en étais à cet étape :

• Au redémarrage, UsbFix scannera ton PC, laisse travailler l'outil.
Le scan se finit bien, mais problème, une fois celui-ci fini, le bureau ne réapparait pas, et encore moins le rapport.
Par contre, une page IE c'est lancée (alors que j'ai firefox en navig. par défaut, au passage ^^ )

Voilou ! Je fais l'autre étape de suite, juste après avoir redémarrer !
J'ai beau tenté d'executer explorer.exe, le bureau reviens pas ! Dois manquer d'autre procc mais j'lai connais pas !^^

(!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, caméra, Carte SD, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

• Faire un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisi "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 2 " ( Suppression ) et tape sur [entrée]

• Ton bureau disparaîtra et le pc redémarrera.

• Au redémarrage, UsbFix scannera ton PC, laisse travailler l'outil.

• Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le bureau.

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs UAC (tu le réactiveras après le scan):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

[*]Télécharge AD-Remover (de Cyrildu17 / C_XX) sur ton Bureau.

Déconnecte-toi et ferme toutes applications en cours

[*]Double-clique sur le programme d'installation, installe-le dans son emplacement par défaut (C:\Program files).
[*]Faire un clique droit sur l'icône AD-Remover située sur ton Bureau et choisir exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
[*]Au menu principal, choisis l'option L.
[*]Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin.

(Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report(date).log)

(CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus comme une infection, ne pas en tenir compte, il s'agit d'un faux positif, continue la procédure

J'ai un soucis ! Je n'ai aucun périphérique externe, quel qu'il soit d'ailleurs. Juste la souris branché de temps en temps (ordi portable).

Le problème persiste, l'ordinateur continue d'être plus lent que d'habitude.
En fait j'ai l'impression que toute les minutes, une action met plus de temps à s'exécuter par rapport à d'habitude. Donc sur la durée c'est chian ! Surtout qu'il ne fesait pas ça avant.

J'vois vraiment pas d'où peut provenir l'infection ...
Quelle anti-virus (free) me conseilleriez vous ? J'étais sous MacAfee, mais ma licence a expiré et le renouvellement coute bonbon !

Y'a pas un bon alternatif à Avast! en gratuit ?

Note2 : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.
