Programmes, téléchargements, tout bugge !

Bonjour tout le monde,

J'aimerais tout premierement remercier tous ceux qui m'aident....c tres gentil de votre part....merci d'avance...

J'arrive a presque rien ouvrir sur mon ordi...ni a telecharger...tout bugg....

    salut je voudrai avoir un solution efficace (et gratuite) contre les virus "Tojen.Win32.Dialer.eg" et Tojen-Cliker.Win32.Small.eg mer ci beaucoup

      Voila jai voule starte ce programme !!!!! mais en cliquant sur son ICONE....ca bugg encore.......tout bloque....je peux rien faire apres......!!!!!

        tout ce que je peux faire c naviguer sur le net...et meme la jai des difficultés:(

        tout bugg....je peux ouvrir aucun programme ...rien....

        exemple, je vais dans demarrer....je selectionne un programme pis ca bugg !!!:(

        je sais vraiment pas quoi faire.....DOIS-JE VRAIMENT REINSTALLER WINDOWS.... OU PE pourrais je trouver les fichiers et les supprimer !

        alors supprimer les dossiers et fichiers ? Mais lesquels ??
        Nan, le mieux serait le reformatage du pc : commence par faire une sauvegarde de tes données, assure toi d'avoir le cd d'installation bien sur, et les diiférents pilotes matériels ( carte graphique, imprimante,carte son..etc)
        Et reviens si tu ne sais pas la marche à suivre

      J'essaie de telecharger ces programmes ...je reussi aussi...mais quand vient le temps de cliquer sur ouvrir pour pouvoir continuer l'installation.. tout bugg

        Tu as trois troyens ou similaires.
        Alors, quitte à répéter partiellement les très bonnes indications de nico54 :

        1 - les "virus" détectés sous les noms de "backdoor.xxxx" (contracté souvent en "bkdr") ou de "trojan.xxxx" ou de "troj.xxxx" ne sont pas vraiment des virus mais des chevaux de troie dont les antivirus traditionnels ont presque toujours du mal à se débarrasser , ce qui est normal : ils ne sont pas conçus pour ça, il faut des outils spécifiques !
        C'est comme pour l'insecticide : il en existe un pour les bébêtes qui font "Bzzzzz" et un autre pour les bébêtes qui font "Krr kr krr krr kr kr"...

        2 - un logiciel facile, gratos et efficace pour en virer certains (mais pas tous) est SpybotS&d, avec notamment une version française, disponible ici http://sebsauvage.net/logiciels/spybotsd.html ou bien aussi TheCleaner http://www.moosoft.com/thecleaner/download.php ; et puis il existe des scans anti-troyens en ligne ici http://assiste.free.fr/p/frameset/03_06.php

        3 - l'installation d'un firewall (http://www.commentcamarche.net/lan/firewall.php3) est indispensable pour limiter ce genre de souci à l'avenir ; large choix ici => http://www.firewall-net.com/fr/

        4 - en matière de sécurité basique, mais au sens large, visiter http://sebsauvage.net et notamment http://sebsauvage.net/safehex.html

              --a²free : c'est un anti trojan GRATUIT et EFFICACE:
              a² free

              Ad-Aware :

              1.Une fois installés, tu les mets à jour afin qu'il puisse edtecter les virus récents.
              2.nettoyage de disque : poste de travail/clique droit sur ton disque dur/propriétés/choisir nettoyage de disque
              3.redemarre en mode sans échec ( au demarrage du pc, tu tapotes sur les touches f8 ou f5, une page noire avec différents menus apparait, tu choisis "demarrer en mode sans échec") et lance les analyses avec les programmes
              4.redemarrer et revenir en mode normal
              5.tiens au courant 
              Plus on est grand, moins on est petit.hihi
