non l'infection n'est pas revenu il y a bien 2 ou 3 ligne supperflut que l'on pourrait fixer mais non néfaste pour la bonne marche du pc par contre pour zone alarme soit tu le désinstalles convenablement et tu nettois le registre ou tu le réinstalles pour qu'il se remette convenablement sur le pc https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Securite/firewall/fiches/18128.html

C'est bon grâce à tes conseil j'ai résolu mon problème mais je vient d'en détecter un nouveau :

effectivement zonealarm bloquait les connexion mais le problème est qu'il était actif mais son icone n'est pas présente dans la barre en bas a droite de mon pc (avec les icones fes programmes actifs mais en arrière plan)

comment cela se fait-il ?

tu dis pas de pare-feu bizare car quand je regarde les rapport je vois des traces de zone alarme sur ton pc

essais en débranchant ta box du courrant et de la rebrancher pour qu'elle se reparramêtre

et pui sinon refait une nouvelle restauration système enprenant une date plus loin en heure

Je n'ai aucun par feu d'activé. J'ai désinstallé avast et je l'ai remplacé par antivir hier soir mais il ne peut pas se mettre à jour de ce fait ...

regarde si c'est pas ton pare-feu qui te bloquerai

bonjour, essais de faire une restauration systéme tu regarde si tu as un point en date et heure du 31/5 23h 50
sinon prend celui le plus prés avant et si ça marche tu reposte un RSIT car possible que cela restaure les infections

J'ai plusieurs problèmes :

Depuis que j'ai fait toutes les manipulations :

-je n'arrive plus à accéder à mozilla firefox : pour toutes las pages que j'essaie d'ouvrir, il m'indique que la connexion à échouée
- je n'arrive plus à recevoir mon courier depuis mozilla thunderbirb (alors que depuis le site d'orange j(y arrive), il m'indique "le serveur pop.orange.fr a refusé la connexion"
-je n'ai plus avast, le logo est en transparence dans la barre des taches et des que je clique dessus il me dit : "l'opération n'a pas pu être effecuté, le sous système AAVM a détecté une erreur RPC"

Que faire ?, merci d'avance

.Tu fermes HijackThis

2) Tu désinstalles les outils utilisés avec Toolscleaner2 lui tu le supprimeras de sur le bureau manuellement ainsi que le rapport généré qui est dans ton disque dur système sous le nom de " TCleaner "

Télécharge toolscleaner sur ton Bureau : http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055291 toolscleaner

. Double-cliques "pour vista clique droit et en tant que administrateur" sur ToolsCleaner2 "l'as de carreau" et laisse le travailler
. Cliques sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer. attention ça peut parraitre long
. Cliques sur Suppression pour finaliser.
. Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
. Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
. Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse

3) Redémarres le PC et passes Ccleaner avec ces réglages LA

télécharge Ccleaner à partir de cette adresses

.enregistres le sur le bureau
.double-cliques sur le fichier pour lancer l'installation
.sur la fenêtre de l'installation langage bien choisir français et OK
.cliques sur suivant
.lis la licence et j'accepte
.cliques sur suivant
.la tu ne gardes de coché que mettre un raccourci sur le bureau et puis contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour de Ccleaner
.cliques sur intaller
.cliques sur fermer
.double-cliques sur l'icône de Ccleaner pour l'ouvrir
.une fois ouvert tu cliques sur option et puis avancé
.tu décoches effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures
.cliques sur nettoyeur
.cliques sur windows et dans la colonne avancé
.cochesla première case vieilles données du perfetch que celle-la ce qui te donnes la case vielles données du perfetch et la case avancé qui c'est coché automatiquement mais que celle-la
.cliques sur analyse une fois l'analyse terminé
.cliques sur lancer le nettoyage et sur la demande de confirmation OK il vas falloir que tu le refasses une autre fois une fois fini vériffis en appuiant de nouveau sur analyse pour être sur qu'il n'y est plus rien
.cliques maintenant sur registre et puis sur rechercher les erreurs
.laisses tout cochées et cliques sur réparrer les erreurs sélectionnées
.il te demande de sauvegarder OUI
.tu lui donnes un nom pour pouvoir la retrouver et enregistre
.cliques sur corriger toutes les erreurs sélectionnées et sur la demande de confirmation OK
.il supprime et fermer tu vériffis en relancant rechercher les erreurs
.tu retournes dans option et tu recoches la case effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures et sur nettoyeur, windows sous avancé tu décoches la première case vieilles données du perfetch
.tu peux fermer Ccleaner

il faudra penser à mettre ton pc à jour pour xp avec le sp3 et IE avec la version 8 et puis je vois que tu avais antivir que tu as désinstaller pour avast la c'est un tord car antivir est de loin plus performant mais bon c'est ton pc

Télécharge LSPfix ici :
http://www.cexx.org/LSPFix.exe

Lance LSPfix et agrandis la fenêtre qui, par défaut, est trop petite et fait apparaître les ascenseurs horizontaux et verticaux, masquant un bouton.
Déconnecte toi d'Internet et ferme toutes les instances (fenêtres) Internet Explorer.
Coche la case "I know what I'm doing" ("Je sais ce que je fais" ).
Sélectionne toutes les instances de la dll suivantes : (présente en 010)

nwprovau.dll

nl_lsp.dll

et fais les glisser du panneau de gauche, appelé "keep" au panneau de droite, appelé "Remove".

Clique sur le bouton [Finish].

Redémarre l'ordinateur. Remet un log Hitjackhis pour vérifier si la ligne 010 à disparue.

hijackthis qui est sur ton pc car RSIT le télécharge pour nous faire son rapport sur ton bureau tu dois avoir un icône un petit bon homme en rouge avec une loupe à la main, si tu le trouve pas sur ton bureau tu le trouveras dans program files dans le dossier trend micro il porte le nom de net.exe

.tu le lances
.Cliques sur "<gras>Do a system scan and save the logfile"
.Cela va t'ouvrir un bloc note à la fin du scan.
.Copie son contenu et poste le dans ton prochain message. sinon le rapport est dans C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\ hijackthis "document texte"
