bon il y a une chose que je vais te faire virer avec otmoviet , et puis tu feras un nettoyage de registre et après un rédémarrage tu me dis !!

Télécharge OTMoveIt3 de OldTimer sur ton Bureau en cliquant sur ce lien :

http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTMoveIt3.exe

Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe pour le lancer.

Vérifie que la case devant "Unregister Dll's and Ocx's est bien cochée.

Copie la liste qui se trouve en GRAS entre les deux traits ici-dessous,

et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt : "Paste instructions for item to be moved".

Clique sur "MoveIt!" pour lancer la suppression.

Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".

Clique sur "Exit" pour fermer.

Poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles sous le nom xxxxxx_xxxxxxxxxx.log .

Il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression. Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

bonjour, c'est bizare tu me mets un rapport RSIT pour voir mais je pense pas qu'il y est quelque chose sur le pc côté infection , mais bon on ne sait jamais , Merci

Télécharge ici : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions).

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

je pense pas que le problème soit viral car la aussi rien !! tu fais un nettoyage disque et une défragmentation et si le problème persiste je pense qu'il faudra demander sur la page windows car perso je vois plus !!

Nettoyage :

.Cliques droit sur poste de travail
.cliques sur ouvrir
.cliques droit sur le disque C
.sur Propriétés
.sur l'onglet Général
.Cliques sur le bouton nettoyage de disque
.Et puis sur OK
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

Vérifications des erreurs :

.Cliques droit sur poste de travail
.cliques sur ouvrir
.cliques droit sur le disque C
.sur Propriétés
.sur l'onglet Outil
.et puis sur Vérifier maintenant
. une boîte s'ouvre, cocher les cases :
.réparer automatiquement les erreurs
.rechercher et tenter une récupération
.cliques sur Démarrer, et ok
Note : s'il te dis de redémarrer ton Pc pour le faire , tu redémarres et tu laisses faire, cela prend un peu de temps c'est normal
tu le fais pour chacun de tes disques

ensuite toujours dans le même onglet tu choisis :

Défragmentation :

.cliques sur défragmenter maintenant, et OK
.une boîte s'ouvre, tu sélectionnes le disque à défragmenter
.tu cliques sur analyser ,puis après l'analyse
.sur défragmenter . et puis OK

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

# Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche )

# Laisse travailler l'outil.

# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Bon j'ai exécuté un nettoyage du registre avec easycleaner mais rien n'y a fait!

toujours ce probleme de pc qui n'avance pas!

au demarrage je vois passer 56 fois le chenillard vindows xp devant mes yeux, puis une page noire de 25 secondes avec l'image bleu avec ecrit bienvenue et encore une attente d'une minute avant de pouvoir faire la moindre chose sur le bureau!!!!

je suis vraiment embeté que faire svp ! merci beaucoup

désolé il n'a rien trouver qui puisse expliquer ton problème deamnde sur le forum windows je sais qu'il existe des logiciels pour optimiser windows mais j'en utilise pas et je les connais pas très bien tu peux leurs dire que la désinfectionà été faite ; sinon tu peux essayer de faire un nettoyage du registre avec easycleaner http://www.6ma.fr/tuto/easycleaner-nettoyer-windows-des-elements-obsoletes/

bon pour moi côté infection cela me semble bon mais tu pourras passer un dernier outil , mais pour gagner de la rapidité au démarrage tu fais comme moi sur les 6 pc de la maison qui sont sous XP j'ai déactiver presque tout au démarrage , pour cela tu ouvres ccleaner sur outil , sur démarrage et la tu déactive tout ce qui ne sert à rien comme tu peux le voir sur la capture d'écran http://img1.imagilive.com/0509/ccleaner_drrage142.JPG
1 ligne ctfmon.exe un trucs système si tu déactive elle revient
1 ligne ccleaner car en automatique à la maison
1 swg la toolbar googles pas vraiment indispensable mais bon elle me sert
1 spybot mon anti-spyware
1 ligne avgnt mon anti-virus antivir
1ligne zone alarme mon pare-feu

et rien d'autre et pas de problème

sinon tu peux passer combofix pour être sur que rien ne reste sur le pc

tu vas passer combofix que j'ai renommé en jacombo pour contrer certaine infections tu le télécharge sur ton bureau et tu le lances comme expliqué , attention c'est un outil relativement puissant donc pas de place pour une improvisation personnel , tu suis exactement ce qu'il demande tu ne touches pas au pc pendant qu'il bosse sauf pour répondre quand il te le demande , prends le temps de lire le tutoriel officiel ; Merci

Télécharge jacombo (combofix renomé) :http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/89820622056365782/jacombo.exe

-> Double clique sur jacombo
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix (jacombo):

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

Désactive provisoirement (et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix), la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, (activés, ils pourraient gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil).

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- suis les instructions et accepte ce qu'il te demande sois patient cela peut prendre près de 20 minutes

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.
