Détection de Disque dur & virus ?

Bonjour,

J'ai depuis quelques temps un problème sur mon PC : le disque dur principal tourne sans arrêt et, lors d'un redémarrage, aucun des 2 disques dur n'est reconnu. Les performances de mon PC sont fortement dégradées (temps de réponse, bloquage...)
L'un d'entre vous aurait-il une idée ?

    Bonjour DllD,
    Merci pour ton aide. Je commence également à me demander si ce n'est pas hardware. J'ai essayé de débrancher mes disques secondaires mais rien n'y fait.
    je vais sauvagarder toutes mes données et étudier le remplacement de ma carte mêre, voire de tout car le boitier est très bruyant, le proc commence à être ancien...

      Bonjour noryav,

      ce n'est pas grave pour le rapport les résultats que tu me fournis sont suffisants dans la mesure où il n'y a pas eut détection de nuisibles.

      Concernant la non détection de tes DD lors d'un redémarrage je ne vois pas trop ; je suis plus ancré à la sécurité qu'au hardware.

      Depuis quand ce problème est-il apparu ? Et ce que ce n'est pas parce tu as changer de disque dur pour un plus gros rescemment ?
      Je te demande ça parce que je me demande si ce n'est pas ta taille du disque dur qui dépasse la fourchette de celles accepter par la carte mère. Je m'explique : la carte mère est certifiée pour accepter des disques dur jusqu'à une limite de capacité. On peut dépasser cette limite mais il peut y avoir des problèmes (un peu comme les processeurs qu'on peut overclocker : le constructeur certifie, par exemple, un processeur à 500 MHz mais on peut le je faire tourner plus vite comme 700MHz (à ses risques et périls)).

      Si c'est cela, il n'y a pas 10 000 solutions : il faut changer la carte mère pour une plus récente sinon tu perds la fonction de redémarrage et donc tu devras toujours éteindre le PC puis le rallumer.

      En tout cas le PC n'est pas malade, c'est déjà ça.

      J'attends ta réponse pour t'envoyer la fin car il faut virer les outils inutiles à conserver qu'on a utilisé.

        Bonsoir DllD,
        Impossible de te donner le rapport. une erreur javascript empèche le déroulement post analyse...
        Le résultat à l'écran est : Total de fichiers analysés : 231652
        Nombre de virus trouvés : 0

        Nombre d'objets suspects : 0
        Durée de l'analyse : 03:15:50
        je l'ai lancé 2 fois pour vérifier si je pouvais avoir la log.
        Concernant mes disques, qu'il n'y ait que le dique système ou les 2 supplémentaires, le démarrage est sans problème mais le redémarrage est impossible (pas de détection).

          Bonjour Noryav,

          Je ne vois rien de nuisible sur ton PC.

          En fait ton souci vient d'un manque d'espace libre sur le disque dur il me semble :
          System drive C: has 5 GB (4%) free of 112 GB
          C'est sûr que des scans antivirus ou GenProc n'y feront rien.

          Tu avais bien une infection et un adware mais ils ont été supprimé depuis le début :

          Bon,
          il faudrait que tu libères de l'espace sur C:/ pour commencer (je te conseille de conserver 30% de libre ou au minimum 15%) et qu'ensuite tu fasses une défragmentation. Tu peux enchainer plusieurs déframentations d'affilé jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus de fragments.

          Ensuite,
          pour être sûr qu'il ne reste pas de virus inactifs notamment fais ceci stp :

          > Fais un scan en ligne avec Kaspersky : https://www.kaspersky.fr/?domain=webscanner.kaspersky.fr
          N.B. : Le scan ne marche que sous Internet Explorer.
          Sous Vista : Execute Internet Explorer en tant qu'administrateur, pour cela fais un clic droit sur le raccourci d'Internet Explorer et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
          - Commence par connecter tout ton matériel de stockage à ton PC (clés USB, DD amovible...). Allume les si nécessaire.
          - Sous Démonstration en ligne, on t'explique la marche à suivre, et pour lancer le scan il faut sélectionner < Exécuter l'analyse en ligne >.
          - On va te demander de télécharger un contrôle active x, accepte .
          - Dans le menu < Choisissez la cible de l'analyse >, sélectionne < Poste de travail >. Le scan va commencer.
          - Poste le rapport qui sera généré (voir cette image) (clique sur <enregistrer le rapport> puis sauvegarde-le sur ton bureau en choisissant "fichier texte (*.txt)" pour l'extension).
          S'il y a un problème, assure toi que les contrôles active x sont bien configurés dans les options internet comme décrit sur ce lien : http://www.inoculer.com/activex.php3
          Rappel : le scan est à faire sous Internet Explorer

          NOTE : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle Kaspersky On-Line Scanner, reconnecte toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.
          Pour le rapport Kaspersky il faut que tu choisisses "Afficher le rapport" puis que tu l'enregistres sur ton bureau sous forme de fichier texte (type de fichier "tous les fichiers").

          Et concernant les disques durs non reconnus ? As-tu toujours le même souci ?

                    Noryav pour qu'on y voit plus clair peux-tu faire ceci stp (ça prend 30 sec.) :

                    > Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
                    - Enregistre le programme sur ton bureau.
                    - Double clique sur RSIT.exe
                    - A l'écran "Disclaimer" choisis "1 months" dans le menu déroulant puis clique sur <continue>.
                    - Si HiJackThis n'est pas détecté sur ton PC, RSIT le téléchargera ; accepte alors la licence.
                    - Une fois le scanne terminé tu obtiendras un rapport log.txt. Poste le sur le forum.
                    NB : Il se peut que tu obtiennes un second rapport nommé info.txt. Dans ce cas poste le aussi mais dans un second message.

                          La page qui vous accueille comporte en général les 12 dernières versions générées. Regardez attentivement l'heure et la date affichées dans le nom du logiciel pour déterminer celle qui est la plus récente. Téléchargez-la sans hésiter sur le bureau de votre PC. Double-cliquez dessus pour lancez l'installation.

                          Attention : AVPTool (tout comme d'autres outils du même acabit tels que Antivir, BitDefender Free, etc.) n'est pas une protection. C'est un détecteur et un nettoyeur d'infections déjà présentes sur le PC. Pour vous protéger efficacement contre les menaces modernes que sont les Drive-by Downloads, les Stage Downloads, les Banking Trojans, les Webstorms, il faut disposer d'authentiques suites de sécurité comme Kaspersky Antivirus 8.0 (KAV) ou Kaspersky Internet Security 8.0 (KIS).

                          AVPTool fonctionne sous Windows 2000, XP, Vista 32 bits. Il ne doit pas être utilisé sur des machines déjà équipées de KAV 8.0 ou KIS 8.0.

                              ok vide la quarantaine de malware et maintenant fais moi ceci :

                              Télécharge Superantispyware (SAS)

                              Choisis "enregistrer" et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

                              Double-clique sur l'icône d'installation qui vient de se créer et suis les instructions.

                              Créé une icône sur le bureau.

                              Double-clique sur l'icône de SAS (une tête dans un cercle rouge barré) pour le lancer.

                              - Si l'outil te demande de mettre à jour le programme ("update the program definitions", clique sur yes.
                              - Sous Configuration and Préférences, clique sur le bouton "Préférences"
                              - Clique sur l'onglet "Scanning Control "
                              - Dans "Scanner Options ", assure toi que la case devant lles lignes suivantes est cochée :

                              Close browsers before scanning (Fermer Navigateur avant le scan)

                              Scan for tracking cookies (Scan pour dépister les cookies)

                              Terminate memory threats before quarantining (Terminez les menaces de mémoire avant de mettre en quarantaine)

                              - Laisse les autres lignes décochées.

                              - Clique sur le bouton "Close" pour quitter l'écran du centre de contrôle.

                              - Dans la fenêtre principale, clique, dans "Scan for Harmful Software", sur "Scan your computer".

                              Dans la colonne de gauche, coche C:\Fixed Drive.

                              Dans la colonne de droite, sous "Complète scan", clique sur "Perform Complète Scan"

                              Clique sur "next" pour lancer le scan. Patiente pendant la durée du scan.

                              A la fin du scan, une fenêtre de résultats s'ouvre . Clique sur OK.

                              Assure toi que toutes les lignes de la fenêtre blanche sont cochées et clique sur "Next".

                              Tout ce qui a été trouvé sera mis en quarantaine. S'il t'es demandé de redémarrer l'ordi ("reboot"), clique sur Yes.

                              Pour recopier les informations sur le forum, fais ceci :

                              - après le redémarrage de l'ordi, double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer SAS.
                              - Clique sur "Préférences" puis sur l'onglet "Statistics/Logs ".
                              - Dans "scanners logs", double-clique sur SuperAntiSpyware Scan Log.

                              - Le rapport va s'ouvrir dans ton éditeur de texte par défaut.

                              - Copie son contenu dans ta réponse.

                              Regarde bien le tuto SuperAntiSpyware il est très bien expliqué.

                                Un redémarrage difficile (bloquage de windows) te toujours les symptomes.

                                  mais c'est pas fini, maintenant fais moi ceci :

                                  ▶ Télécharge malwarebyte's anti-malware

                                  ▶ Un tutoriel sera à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

                                  ▶ Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)

                                  ▶ Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"

                                  ▶ Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"

                                  ▶ L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....

                                  ▶ Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"

                                  ▶ Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"

                                  ▶ Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

                                  * Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée
