Quand je vais sur certains sites, le message suivant apparaît : This site may harm your computer.
Je ne suis plus capable de me connecter à msn. Au début il me disait que c'était le fichier hosts.. j'ai fait mes recherches, j'ai tout supprimé et le problème est persistant. Maintenant le problème est apparament le ports principaux.
Aidez-moi svp :)

Le souci est l'affichage du message 'This site may harm your computer' sur certains sites et l'impossibilité de se connecter à MSN, malgré la suppression du fichier hosts. Des éléments évoquent le fichier hosts et la configuration réseau, ainsi que la nécessité d'un log.txt pour diagnostic; des conseils orientent vers HijackThis afin de générer un rapport et d’analyser les infections. En cas de démarche corrective, certaines méthodes préconisent de désactiver temporairement le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs sur Vista puis d'utiliser HijackThis pour diagnostiquer et neutraliser les infections avant une réactivation. Certaines pratiques indiquent que des réinstallations Windows peuvent résoudre certaines infections, mais cela ne garantit pas l'élimination des problèmes réseau et il est recommandé de diagnostiquer avec des outils fiables.

Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...)

Désactivez le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs avant utilisation de cet outil:
* Allez dans "Démarrer" puis Panneau de configuration.
* Double Cliquez sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs et sur "Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs".
* Décochez la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur.
* Validez par OK et redémarrez .

? choisis executer en tant qu administrateur
? Au menu principal choisi l'option "scan"
? Postes le rapport qui apparait à la fin .
( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report(date).log )
(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

coches ces lignes sur leur gauche:

tu les coches et tu clic sur "fix checked"
et tu fermes le programme.
ensuite :
essaie de faire ceci :
Clique sur le menu Demarrer /Panneau de configuration/Options des dossiers/ puis dans l'onglet Affichage
- Coche Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
- Décoche Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
- Décoche Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)
clique sur Appliquer, puis OK.
N'oublie pas de recacher à nouveau les fichiers cachés et protégés du système d'exploitation en fin de désinfection, c'est important
Fais analyser le(s) fichier(s) suivants sur Virustotal :
Virus Total
* Clique sur Parcourir en haut, choisis Poste de travail et cherche ce fichier :
C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\epfwwfpr.sys
* Clique maintenant sur Envoyer le fichier. et laisse travailler tant que "Situation actuelle : en cours d'analyse" est affiché.
* Il est possible que le fichier soit mis en file d'attente en raison d'un grand nombre de demandes d'analyses. En ce cas, il te faudra patienter sans actualiser la page.
* Lorsque l'analyse est terminée ("Situation actuelle: terminé"), clique sur Formaté
* Une nouvelle fenêtre de ton navigateur va apparaître
* Clique alors sur les deux fleches
* Fais un clic droit sur la page, et choisis Sélectionner tout, puis copier
* Enfin colle le résultat dans ta prochaine réponse.
ensuite :
---> Désactive ton antivirus le temps de la manipulation car OTMoveIt3 est détecté comme une infection à tort.
---> Télécharge OTMoveIt3 (OldTimer) sur ton Bureau :

Bonjour, voilà depuis hier matin quand ma sœur va sur internet le message suivant s'affiche "Warning! Visiting this site may harm your computer" et elle ne peu plus rien faire sur internet !!! J'ai regardé son pc a distance avec CroosLoop mais je ne vois pas ce que je peux faire car moi je travail sous XP mais ma sœur Sous vista !!! ▶ Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.
▶ Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
▶ Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
▶ Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
▶ Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports séparément.
