Online registration GTA San Andreas

Hello,

I have GTA San Andreas on PC
and during the installation, the game offered an online registration ...
being too eager to play the game, I didn't sign up and I would like to know how I can register (without having to reinstall the game!)

    Reinstall the game, it won't erase your save, don't worry, it gets put in a folder created in your documents.

    The problem is that I don't want to uninstall it because I'm going to lose my backups, but I've changed vehicles, and if I reinstall, everything will disappear and I'll have to start over!

    I just told you that no, it's stored on your PC and you can retrieve it whenever you want; it's in your documents. Uninstall and reinstall, you'll see you'll still have your backups.

    I'm talking about the vehicle modifications I made (which means I installed mods in San Andreas and that's not saved in my documents
    I'm not stupid.
