Hello, I have an LG LCD television, and I want to connect my PC to my TV. When I connect my PC to the TV using the RGB connections, my TV shows "power management" and then stays black. I can't resolve the problem!!!

Connection
First, connect the devices using an S-Video cable from the PC to the TV, and for sound, connect the headphone output or line output to the CINCH inputs on the television. When the television has this type of audio input, the SCART adapter is irrelevant.
Be careful with the direction of data flow. On the PC, you need to take the output, and on the TV, you need to take the input.
Settings
It is necessary to change the Windows settings for the connection to be effective.
To do this, right-click on the desktop and select graphics properties, then in the output menu, choose to output to the television.
If after several attempts there is no result, your resolution of 1024 or higher may cause some issues, so reduce the resolution to 800x600.
Notes
The menu only appears if everything is connected correctly.
The S-Video cable is originally designed for black and white.
The S-Video has a horizontal notch.
Currently, for new computers, manufacturers are finally providing color connections, and the same goes for TVs. Color S-Video connectors have more pins than those for black and white cables.
Otherwise, there is always the option to use a composite cable to replace the S-Video.
