Bonjour,
J'aurais besoin d'un sérieux coup de main! Un virus s'est installé dans mon ordinateur aujourd'hui, pourriez- vous me dire comment m'en débarrasser? Je suis obligé de me mettre en mode sans échec pour pouvoir écrire ici, parce qu'en mode normal le système s'éteint après 30 secondes environ.

Merci, j'ai réussi à télécharger le fichier et à l'exécuter. Cependant le meme problème se pose au redémarrage et il n'a pas le temps, me semble-t-il, de générer le fichier .txt ...

Pour info, la page au bleue qui arrive après le démarrage en mode normal indique "Page fault in non paged area"... ensuite l'ordinateur redémarre...

Tres sincerement il ya une tonne de logiciels sur ton ordi, plein de choses certainement totalement inutiles...
Mes camarades ci-dessus semble avoir fait tout ce qu'il y avait a faire.
Je suis toujours sur xp alors je sais pas si sous vista tu peux faire F8 et mode active directory et/ou mode débogage, tu peux aussi faire un scandisk, ça n'effecera pas le virus cependant ca pourrait peut etre te permettre de maintenir ton ordinateur plus longtemps allumé pour pouvoir telecharger ou noter ce qu'ils t ont demandés !
A ta place, je formate, je reinstalle proprement mes drivers mes logiciels etc...

Essaie ceci quand même:
Tu es sous vista, avant d'utiliser tout logiciel de désinfection, désactive l'UAC, qui peut empêcher certains programmes de s'exécuter.

(tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): Ne pas oublier !!
Désactiver l'UAC est nécessaire pour pouvoir faire fonctionner certains programmes sous Vista.
- Vas dans Démarrer puis panneau de configuration

- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
