How many songs can fit in 4GB?

1- do not confuse byte with bit or octet:

2- It all depends on the compression rate of the tracks, which is defined by the source or adjustable if you compress or recompress the files yourself, regardless of the format (MP3, OGG, WMA, etc.). The same goes for video (MPEG1, 2, 4, etc.).
MP3s are often at 128 kb/s (kilobits per second), which is 16Ko/s (kilo-bytes per second), corresponding to a quality supposedly close to that of a CD. This is subjective, and some songs may highlight the flaws of compression.
A 3-minute track compressed this way “weighs” 180 s X 16000 = 2880000 bytes, or about 3 MB.
There are, moreover, several qualities of MP3 encoders.
On the other hand, you can find tracks on the Internet that have gone through several "grinders" of compression/recompression: quality deteriorates at each stage!
The OGG format often yields better results, allowing for a bit more compression, but all of this remains subjective.
The MP3 format is the most widespread and compatible.
WMA is already significantly less so.
OGG is only barely readable on computers. However, it is a free format (I'm talking about the software, not the music!).

To answer the initial question: the size of a song depends on its bitrate multiplied by its duration.

Hello, 1GB is equal to 1000MB because a song is about 7MB at most (I think). So if we divide the number of GB by the number of MB, we will definitely find the solution, or at least I think so. Well, everything I'm telling you, I'm not 100% sure because I'm not good at math!
