Photo reading on sony bravia HELP!!!!

Hello,

I need information regarding a Sony Bravia. When I plug the USB from my camera into the TV, I can't view my photos. The same goes for my external hard drive. I go through the photo menu to view photos, but a message appears indicating that the TV cannot read the photos. Can someone help me, please?

Thank you in advance to everyone.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.3

The photos will all be displayed (if the server or the HDD or USB format is OK) if we process them in batches (automation to jpg without exif) with Photofiltre, whether they are in jpg or tif format (8 or 16 bits). It doesn't work with various Photoshop versions.

I think your problem is related to the format of the photos you want to display. The manual clearly states JPEG, check otherwise you are not alone in this mess, I can't even display the photos to view.

    It's good, I found it:

Your device must be formatted in FAT32 (not NTFS), sorry for your external hard drive
And it needs to be JPEG compatible with DCF

    See Google

    There you go

      Hello.
As far as I'm concerned, it's the same, I can't view the photos on the Sony Bravia TV.
      Have you found the solution?
      Thank you for the response.
