Do not follow up on this kind of SMS or calls at all, it's definitely phishing. If you respond in any way, they will have confirmation that the number is active, and it will be one more number they can sell in bulk for advertising purposes.

This is not a message from +919, but from +91 ** ********, and +91 is the code for India. Personally, I've tried to respond and even call them (business phone, I assure you ;p), but either the number is not assigned, or the connection drops before the waiting tone.
