Hello,
I have a window that pops up every time I start my PC indicating that new hardware has been detected...
I always choose not to display this message for this device, but nothing works; this window comes back every time I start up! :s
I went into the device manager, which shows no issues at this level... it is removed from startup in msconfig
How can I remove it?
Thank you

Hello
if you have installed Service Pack 1, there is a good chance that
the problem comes from that, I had the same issue
uninstall it and reinstall it manually -
No, the problem doesn't come from there...
In fact, it's when I inserted a thing into the USB port that it detected this device, and since then I can't get rid of it
(it's the Pinnacle Video tool) -
and what's the thing that you inserted into the USB port?

(it's the pinnacle video tool)
Delivered with the software that allows you to connect a camera/photo device for example, but it doesn't work so I gave up... the new hardware detected message is still there... -
if it's Pinnacle, either you bought it, and there is no reason
that it shouldn't work, or you were given a fake copy. -
No problem on that front because I have the case with the key CD...
It's no big deal, I'll format my hard drive when it really needs it. -

Go to the page of www.touslesdrivers.com and click on: my drivers
perform a hardware scan and update all new drivers that you find. -
