Bonjour,
j'ai attrapé le virus nommé trojan dropper et je voudrais savoir comment le supprimer;Pouvez vous m'aider svp?

Vide ton cache internet:
panneau config> options internet >supprimer fichier
coche supprimer le contenu hors connection et valide ok
refais un scan pour vérif

salut
fait ctrl alt suppr onglet processus
recherche ceci et clik dessus et terminer processus
svchst.exe
dust.exe
---
ensuite assure toi de ceci
Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
cliquer sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/option des dossiers/affichage
Cocher afficher les dossiers cacher
Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"
Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.
Décocher masquer les extensions dont le type est connu
Et appliquer

la recherche et suppr ceci
E:\WINDOWS\svchst.exe<==le fichier seulement
E:\WINDOWS\system32\dust.exe <== idem

la vide ta poubelle redemarre et refait scan pour verif

J ai un virus qui se nomme TrojanHorsedownloader.Turown.I et AVG ne peux pas le virer.

Bonsoir,
Moi aussi, je suis attaquée par trojan dropper !!!! J'ai voulu jouer à la mac gyver féminine de l'informatique, avec mon petit cerveau et mes deux neurones, en faisant un mix des réponses qui avaient déjà été données, histoire de pas vous faire répeter 150 fois... J'ai bien réussi à supprimer 2 virus, mais là.... mes neurones fument mais ne connectent plus, enfin si, un peu, mais maaaaaaal, très maaaaaaaaal.... J'ai essayé de supprimer le fichier bridge.dll, mais quand je relançais, il était manquant pour windows...
Aussi, j'ai besoin de votre aide ! Help !! Alors si vous avez un peu de compassion pour une pauvre âme seule face au méchant trojan dropper, je vous serai à vie reconnaissante..... Merci par avance... Pour vous aider dans votre mission (tin tin tintintin tin.... j'vous passe la musique....), voici mon scan disk. Encore merci...

salut si il te disait qu il etait manquant au demarrage cest que tu l avait bien suppr no soucis il faut simplement faire ceci pour qu il ne le reclame plus
tu fait dmarrer/executer tu tape msconfig
tu cherche quelque chose en rapport avec tu decoche appliquer et tu redemarre une nouvelle fenetre vas s ouvrir
tu coche ne plus afficher ce message et ok

demarre en mode sans echec
pour cela tu tapote la touche f8
des le debut de l allumage du pc sans t arreter
une fenetre vas souvrir tute deplace avec les fleches du clavier sur demarreren mode sans echec
une fois sur le bureau il ni auras pas toutes les couleurs et autres c est normal.si f8 ne marche pas utilise la touche f5

met toi en administrateur
recherche par l explorateur en suivant se chemin
C:\Documents and Settings\Anthony\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
et suppr tous se qu il y a a l interieur cela vas etre un peu long soit patient

quand c est fini redemarre et refait un scan pour verif

salut balltrap34 voila j'ai une ou deux question!!j'ai bit defender qui me signale a chaque x que j'allume ma connexion internet que j'ai chopee 2ou3 virus toujour le fameux drooper!!!pourtant je fait rien de mal j'allume juste mon pc et ma connexion internet! et bit defender me dis qu'il les a effacer, tu pense qui les a reelement effacer?car qu'en je lis tout les messages ca a pas l'air faccile!!!!

le mieux est que tu paramatre correctement bit defender
pour info j ai moi meme bit defender

pour le parametre
il faut que tu mettre premiere action quand virus trouver
mettre en quarantaine
et deuxieme action effacer le fichier

si il te signale un virus tu clik sur ok il vas le mettre en quarantaine
ensuite tu passe par l explorateut tu clik sur poste de travail/disque c/programma files/softwin/bit defender/infected
et la il vas a nouveau le detecter dans se dossier et tu cclik sur ok et il l efface

comme je t'ai dis,a chaque x que je me connect j'ai 3ou 4 virus backdoor qui arrive dans, c:/Documents and Settings/user.
il se mettent la.puis je fait direct une analyse, et bit defender les a effaces.
tu crois qu'il les a reelement effacer?
et toi que pense tu de bit defender?
j'ai envi d'essayer norton 2005!!ques tu en pense?

logiquement bit defender a supprimé tes 3 ou 4 backdoor et je pense que bit defender est bien mais c pas mon préféré
Pour ce qui est de Norton antivirus 2005 c'est celui que j'ai et bien ça va mais a lui tout seul il fait pas tout faut avoir d'autres logiciel autour pour compléter ta protection!!
Par exemple Look'n stop lui lé super
