how to download the security pack

Hello, I just started using a computer and I'm really not an expert, so all these terms are quite difficult for me to understand and put into practice. How do we download the security pack? I have the key, but how do I proceed? Thank you.

Hi, on this page you can download your secure pack -- ?? ?!! Windows is really unstable, I put a stack of CDs on the desk and it fell over

Hello, it might be obvious to you and that's great, but for me it's really not easy at my old age, I can't understand as quickly anymore !! Well, here it is, I just connected a modem to get the internet, I subscribed to a membership with Neuf and additionally the Security Pack, it asks me to install the software and to do that I need to download the Security Pack and that's what I still don't know how to do. Thank you for giving me a little help.
