Windows 7 - Pack Fr Solved

Question

Hello,
I noticed that many people (including myself) are unable to set Windows Seven to French using the pack.
But I have seen that even more people are having trouble finding this pack.
The pack with different languages, including French, is available at this address:

Once you reach this page, just scroll down a bit and you will find a title:
Download Local Language Interface Packs for Windows 7 Beta
where we are given a link for the 32-bit version and a link for the 64-bit version of Windows Seven

When you open the file, there will be among them a .cab file in which "fr" will be marked.
This is normally the French file for Windows Seven :)
After that, I don't know how to install it ...

With a small software called Vistalizator that works with Windows Vista and 7

Salut les testeurs, le pack de langue fr est disponible. Attention, veillez à installer la build 7057. Chez moi, ça fonctionne avec, certes, quelques hiéroglyphes. Tapez ça : win7-7057-x86-mui-fr sur Google, vous y trouverez un lien pour télécharger le pack. Bon courage et vive 7...

Hello,
Like you, I have the multi-language ISO, including the French cab.
Even unpacked: nothing to do with it.
As for making a bootable ISO CD: nothing to be done.
I think the best thing to do is to wait until May 10, the announced date for RC1...
In English, Windows Seven on a touchscreen with a netbook works so well!
And here I am comparing it with my other attempts at Linux, Mandriva or especially Ubuntu, or even better "special MID" (the beta 9.04): the drivers are absent for a WeSurf (Intel Atom). The screen resolution is locked. (640x480: hello accessing the OK, Cancel buttons and co...)
It still gives one something to think about the number of hours we spend searching for the right Linux distribution.
The Win7 beta on touch is even up to 800x600 which is higher than the officially (commercially, let's say) announced resolution.
The only limit, as always on Windows: size of C: drive...
