Hello
I just received the same message
I read in an article from the CAF magazine that it should be forwarded to 33700, which handles these fraudulent messages. Done. If the abuse is established, they can request the closure of these premium-rate numbers.
I advise you to do the same.

It's a real scam that deserves to be exposed. You receive a text message saying you've won a check under the supervision of a bailiff! They make you call a premium-rate number and drag it out, only to announce that you've won a check for 30 cents! It's really a load of BS that deserves a lawsuit!!!

I would like to thank the people who take the time to inform others about these practical little things in life. I too was the lucky winner of a check verified in a game by a bailiff. Fortunately, I had the reflex to type the number 36111 on Google and there I came across this site.
For me, the conclusion is simple; it is certain that in a society like ours, it is impossible to win something in a game where you do not register. We will never be given the slightest thing without some interest behind it and without a benefit at our expense.
Best regards

I also got scammed badly!
I received a text from 36111 saying: "I'm not amused to send you texts and you don't reply! Call 0899190749 code 84070 and listen to my message, you'll understand why I'm insisting."
Of course, sensing the scam from a mile away, I neither replied nor called!
Except that a 30-minute call to this number appears on my consumption tracking, along with the out-of-bundle charge of €22 that accompanies it!!!
I called 0899190749 to find out about the server... "The number you dialed is not assigned!"
Customer service can do nothing; according to them, the only explanation could be... someone took my phone out of my pocket while I was working to call 0899190749 (a number that doesn't exist) for 30 minutes, would have erased this call from my call log, and then put my phone back in my jeans pocket... without me noticing!!!! LOL (irony)
The only advice: send a text "STOP" to 36111 to avoid receiving their bogus texts again!

So if anyone has a solution for me to recover my €22....

What idiots! I got the same message today. But how do they get our numbers? Randomly?

I received the same. It's a spam. Do not call back, but forward the message to 33700. Your operator will then be able to take action against unwanted and abusive texts.

Hi! Attention, now from this number we're announcing a 30% discount on a collection...by presenting the SMS at the checkout...but which store is it? And you're told to pass the SMS to all your friends...

They're trying their scam another way!!! Be careful.

Hello everyone
My fiancé receives about ten messages a day from the 36111 service, saying that a girl who lives 5 minutes away wants to see him badly to give him lots of treats... Having complete trust in him, and being with him so often that he doesn't have time, lol, I looked into what this 36111 is.
Thank you very much for this forum because I was about to call...
The thing is, he only gives his number for important stuff...
How could he have ended up there...
I wonder if it's the phone operators who are distributing the numbers...
Otherwise, is there any other way to stop the texts, because his plan doesn’t include texts, so it will cost him extra.
Thank you

Hi there

Well, for me, it's worse. I'm receiving messages from 36 111 giving me appointments and asking me to listen to their message at 0899462322. They're also giving me a code and telling me it costs 1.35e + 0.34e

Please help me, I would really like to know what this thing is.

Hi, I've been receiving calls on my mobile for a week from 0899462322 and 0899462323 for an appointment with a girl. After the number, they ask you to enter your age; if you type ten, you get an address, but after checking, it's a fake address. Thanks, Michel.

Hello everyone,
In the tips section for getting rid of the SMS from 36111 and other 36whatevers that say call 089... plus we get hit with a hefty bill, nice, we send stop and miracle of technology it doesn't work or almost
So it gets annoying, well I send STOP in uppercase followed by the word POLICE also in uppercase and voilà, it stops. So to all those who are annoyed, try my trick and let me know the results. Hugs to all, memo

Well, let's be clear, if you receive texts from this number, it's because you subscribed to it.
These are premium numbers, so if your fiancé is receiving them, it's because he's having fun with it.

You're stupid or what!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've never been to this site or called, and I receive 10 texts per day, so don't say that we're having fun with me; it's a certain Melanie who sends me messages and calls me sir when I'm a woman...
So don't talk nonsense; people could believe you, like the young woman above who is worried about her boyfriend.
Think before you speak about things you don't know.

Thank you for staying polite.
Regarding the infamous "Mélanie," it is one of the pseudonyms of the company that sends the hot messages.
I contacted this company, and the CEO clearly explained to me that in order to receive messages generated automatically by their servers, one must have signed up.
An automatic SMS sending software does not search for numbers.
However, it is possible that a person has multiple subscriptions in their name: for example, a father who takes all the family's subscriptions in his bank account, etc.
So, by subscribing himself, his other lines also receive these SMS at the same time.
I agree that it is not normal, but it is a fact, not just an idea.

Hi! I received the same text message... and it came from a 06... so earlier when he wakes up, I'm going to call him on his 06. Not on 0899... It's true that it's suspicious, it's annoying to receive that at 5 in the morning on top of that...

Hello everyone.

I have more or less the same problem but it's less serious.

I regularly receive discount or sale SMS messages from "Bérénice," which (I assume) is a clothing store. I also see the famous stop SMS 36111 at the end of the message.
It’s not seriously debilitating, but I would still like to know if it’s reliable or not because I really want it to stop.

Can someone give me some information?

Thanks in advance and see you soon.

I received three messages from 36111, the first informing me of a new service from the health center in my town, the other two being updates from a Parisian tour company I had called a while ago.

I don't know where they got my number, but they are pretty well informed.

I replied STOP by SMS and received the response:

"MB: Your request has been processed. You will no longer receive messages from us, non-premium SMS"

I hope this will be effective, and I will keep you informed if it is not the case.
I will also monitor my bill to ensure that the response was not premium.

I received a text message. "Kick-off of Exclusive Sales up to -60%! The whole family will benefit from thousands of Fashion and Home items! To stop, text STOP to 36111." Well, I went to La Redoute's website. Apparently, I'm unknown to them. There are other promotions, but not this one. I always check beforehand, as I'm quite cautious. After reading your comments, it confirms my doubts about numbers I don't recognize. When it’s by phone, I don’t answer, especially when it starts with 01, 09, or 08, or when it’s not in my contacts. For texts, I delete them, especially when they address you informally without signing off at the end, and even more so when I don't know this person. But, you have to be careful with certain texts, as opening them can lead to extra charges. So be careful. Just a friendly tip.

Send STOP to the number listed, either 36111 or another, and you will receive a message saying "Okay, SMS acknowledged. You will no longer receive messages from us. THERE YOU GO, KISSES."
