Bonjour, J'ai acheté un nouvel ordinateur, dont la période d'essais de la sécurité pour virus je crois est expiré, mon ordinateur est peut etre en danger. Je l'ai acheté au mois d'aout, et, deja, il semble se bloquer, pourriez vous me dire s'il est infecté , svp, je suis pret a vous poster tous les rapports eventuellement necessaires. Aussi, pourriez vous me dire ce qu'il faut que j achete pour assurer sa protection ? Merci beaucoup aux reponsers ! Mickael

Juste une remarque : Malwarebytes demande la mise à jour de sa base à la fin de l'installation. Redémarre ton PC en mode sans échec et coche la case "Scan complet". Ensuite, s'il trouve des choses, mets-nous le rapport.

Nouvel ordi infecté ?!

pour l'instant, sur 91 392 elements examines, il y a 0 elements infectes, donc c une bonne nouvelle, vous pensez que ca terminera bientot ? pask apres g la recherche dantivir aa lancer !

1: je sais pas pour ma part fo voir avec celui qui t'as aidé
2: pour proteger ton ordi, si il est plutot bon, ut peut coupler avast et antivir2008, pour les antivirus, tout les deux gratuit; il se complete parfaitement, et ajouter un firewall ne plus de celui integré a windows : Comodo (3eme mondial , et premier gratuit)
Sinon fait un sacn par malwerbyte's toute les 2 semaines. Sa t'evitera les mauvaise surprise.
Bonne chance. et i ton probleme est reglé, n'oubli pas de cocher la petite case.

Qu'est-ce que c'est que cette bêtise ????
On n'installe JAMAIS 2 anti-virus sur une même PC. D'autant plus que ceux que tu cites ont tous les 2 une protection résidente. Si la personne t'écoutait, elle crasherait son PC à coup sûr.

En plus, Avast est une daube, c'est ce qu'il y a de pire comme anti-virus.

salut a vous 1 seul antivirus sinon conflit

et poste un rapport hijackthis

poste un rapport hijackthis (outil de diagnostic)

Télécharge http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis/download

--) Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau
--) Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme
--) Par défaut, il s'installera içi C:\Programme Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
--) Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"
--) Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
--) Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note
--) Clique sur "Édition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Édition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport
--) Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum
--) Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne,
