Hello,
Like any music lover like myself, you are used to "tagging your mp3s (genre, composer, date, etc.) and rating your songs and albums with 1 to 5 stars. But when you burn your MP3s, you'll notice that your star ratings no longer appear on the CD or DVD (while the other information is there) that you've burned. So you have to manually reset the stars (with iTunes, WMP, Foobar, etc.). Is there a good tag editor and burner that ensures the stars will be on the CD or DVD that we've burned?
Thank you!

So there is no other way! However, I listen to and manage my iPod with Foobar2000, and if I give an album 4 stars, the 4 stars of the album show up on my iPod.
Hello
in that case, since you're managing the stars in foobar, when you send your songs to the iPod also managed by foobar, it should also apply the rating you've set,
but when it comes to burning, it's different; burning only copies files, foobar also sends parameters to your iPod

Yes, I know. But, for example with TagRename, in addition to adding information (genre, composer, etc.), we can also include the rating (stars). So after burning, the information appears on the burned disc. The fact that this doesn't work for the information is probably because it's text, whereas the stars are icons; however, we can include album covers!
So, I'd like an explanation as to why on data supports (CD, DVD) we can include the album cover (which is a jpg image), but we can't include an image of a star or the number from 1 to 5, if the tagging editor we're using offers that option of course!
Hello,
the tag is part of the mp3 file, the star rating is relative to the software you are using which creates a mapping table between the file and the rating you give it, so you will not be able to retrieve this after burning
