If you use "client access" or a compatible emulator (easy to spot, you just need to see if the 400 STRPCO command works from your PC in 5250 emulation!) as an AS400 emulator, you just need to record a transfer request (in the taskbar you can find downlink and uplink of indo), then you run it either from your PC or from your AS400, and that’s it. I would say that *normally*, with your AS/400, you should receive ODBC drivers (it's DB2, the DB?). It's kind of the idea, every DBMS comes with its drivers.
