PC Instable, plantages, processus en double..

Bonjour,
depuis quelque temps mon pc est instable, plante sans arret pour un oui ou un non : Je donne un exemple : je grave un dvd avec néro, et paff au moment de cliquer sur le bouton graver, le programme plante, fenêtre inactive impossible à fermer. Je vais dans le gestionnaire des taches pour fermer le processus nero.exe mais là impossible aussi de le fermer ! Jai essayé la commande TaskKill et les alternatives mais rien a faire ! De plus tout plante à la suite, la connexion internet ne répond plus, si je ferme un autre programme (ex ieplore), il reste aussi présent dans le gestionnaire des taches et quand je le réouvre cela ne fait rien à part me mettre un deuxieme iexplore.exe dans les processus. Pareil pour tout autres programmes. Plus rien ne répond, si je veux redémarrer le pc, ca ne répond pas non plus. Je suis obliger de redémarrer à la brute. Ca plante souvent sur néro mais aussi parfois sur d'autres programmes (winamp, firefox...)

Autre chose pour beaucoup de logiciels quand je les ferme, ils restent souvent caché dans les processus et continu d'utiliser la mémoire.

Je sais pas si vous allez comprendre grand chose à mon histoire.Si vous pouvez m'aider, je vous en remerci d'avance.

La config : xp pro intel core 2duo E4600 2go ram

    esque ta connexion démarre des le démarrage de win ; aucun raport d'erreur de windows?

    oui le réseau/internet démarre sans problème en meme temps que windows.Pas de messages d'erreurs. tout à l'heure par exemple j'ai laissé le pc 30 min sans rien faire, je reviens, je veux faire une recherche google firefox, la connexion patine dans la semoule alors que msn et d'autres programmes lié au net fonctionne. Donc jessaye de désactiver la connexion réseau (impossible, aucune réaction) donc je ferme firefox pour le réouvrir et la rien ne se passe a part retrouver firefox.exe dans la liste des processus autant de fois que j'essaye de l'ouvrir. Pareil pour internet explorer et d'autres programmes (généralement les processus font 240ko apres le plantage). j'y comprend rien. de plus internet explorer est tres gourmand en mémoire (plus de 100mo à une seule fenetre)
