Hello,
I would like to sign up on the Copains d'Avant site, but as soon as I arrive on the site, a message appears: sorry, authentication error, please try again, and I can't register. Is the site blocked? Has anyone else encountered this problem?

When you are registered on "copains d'avant", every time you visit the site, you are OBLIGATORILY directed straight to the homepage of your personal profile.
This is systematic, whether we like it or not, and it is very convenient. This new process has been in place for quite a few months.
It can also happen that there is a "bug" on the site or on our computer, and as a result, we do not arrive directly on our homepage but on the site's homepage.
There, you need to fill in the required fields with your email address and password. One click... and voila!!! you find yourself on your personal page. But be careful!!! you must enter the same password and the same email address that were used when creating our profile on "copains d'avant".
If you have changed your email address in the meantime, it won't work. The same goes for the password.
If there is a problem, you need to send a message to the following address
equipe.copainsdavant@copainsdavant.com
For my part, I have always received a quick response (2 to 4 days maximum waiting time), and the administrators even intervened on my behalf on my own profile to solve a problem.
It is impossible not to access your personal page if you follow the steps I mentioned above. If nothing works when you enter the correct password and the correct email address, then yes, there is a BIG problem.
