On dirait qu'il ya un problème dans ta source list.
Je serais toi j'enlèverai http://be.archive.ubuntu.com de ta source list et je referais un sudo apt-get update en console.
Ca devrait plus poser de problème, ce qui signifierait que ça vient bien de là.
Et ensuite vérifier l'adresse exacte de ce dépôt pour pouvoir le remettre comme il faut ;-)

Enfait cela semble refonctionner.
Quand j'ouvre http://be.archive.ubuntu.com/ avec mon navigateur, je constate que la date de modification du dossier est toute récente ... Alors si ça tombe ils faisaient une mise à jour de leurs dossiers, raison pour laquelle je n'arrivais à me connecter dessus.
