Transition from Imagin'R subscription to Navigo

Hello,
As I am finishing my studies, I would like to switch my Imagin'R subscription to Orange with my Navigo pass.
This morning, I went to an automated kiosk to change the subscription, but it only offers me to "receive my order", which of course shows an error since I haven't placed one.
Does anyone know the procedure to upgrade their Navigo pass from Imagin'R to Orange please?
Is there a way to do this online and then go to an automated kiosk?

Well, for me it's the same thing... I have to switch from the Imagin'R card to the Orange card; the RATP services could have at least warned us about the end of the subscription, these are things we don't necessarily think about, so a simple letter would have sufficed... I don't know if it was the same for you...
