Ecran bleu sous windows 2000

Bonjour,
Je possède un portable sous win2000 et lors du démarrage j'ai un écran bleu qui apparait avec le message suivant:

*** STOP: 0*0000001E (0*C0000005,0*8041F898,0*0000000,0*00000030)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

*** Adress 8041F898 base at 80400000, DateStamp 4047db83 - ntoskrnl.exe

If this is the firs time you've seen this Stop error screen
restart your computer. If this screen appear again follow
these steps:

Check you be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the Stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.

Check with your hadware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer , press F8 to select advanced startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.
