CCleaner detects missing dll files

Hello,
A quick run with Ccleaner and voila, some "missing shared dlls"
- C/WINDOWS/system32/CT3DSE.VXD
- C/WINDOWS/system32/VWAVSYN.386
- C/WINDOWS/system32/VWAVSYNWG.DRV
- C/WINDOWS/system32/CTVMD.DRV

Apparently this could be related to a midi processing log but I don't know more. So I would be interested in your opinion.

    Ccleaner suggests making a backup before cleaning, have you done it?
