Problems with TDK USB drives

Hello,
I have a TDK 4GB USB drive that I formatted, and now I only have 1.3 GB left.

How can I recover the rest?

    I had the same problem, I went to the website www.tdk.fr
    - click on DOWNLOADS located at the bottom of the homepage in the SUPPORT section
    - select TRANS-IT USB FLASH DRIVE and then in the FIRMWARE UPDATE section click on
    - TRANS-IT USB PASSWORD PROTECTION SOFTWARE (ENGLISH) and save it on your USB stick, and you're good to go

    you even have the user manual in French for this software.

      Big thanks for your instructions: I just got back a USB key that I couldn't use anymore because of the software. YAY!!!

      but the site tdk.fr no longer exists, now it's http://www.tdkperformance.com and you can't click on downloads (I'm having the same problem --')

      Well, yes! I have the same problem... no more TDK, in any case, for a USB key, I find it pretty complicated, I had never had this problem with the others!

    Hello everyone
    I have a Transcend TDB USB flash drive of 8 GB. I put a password on it but I can't remember it, because when I plug it into the computer via USB it says write-protected, so I no longer have access to it. I've also tried to reformat it but I get the same message, which is strange. I also installed the small program for this USB drive but nothing worked. Thank you if you have a solution. See you soon.
