Bonjour,
Depuis 2 jours mozilla et internet explorer s'ouvre tout seul en me disant que mon laptop est infecté.
Soupçonnent un spyware j'ai effectué des analyses mais antivir et spybot n'ont rien trouvé.

firefox ou internet explorer
avant pour me connecter je faisais démarrer puis connexion et la je me connecter en double clickan sur ma connexion sa ouvrais la la fenêtre avec le nom utilisateur et le mot de passe puis connecté et g t connecté.
maintenant depuis le premier nettoyage lorsque je fais toute cette manœuvre c'est sans effet et pour me connecté je doit passer par firefox

ok alors essaye de fermer zone alarm et de te connecter a msn pour voir si sa fonctionne désole je n ai pas ton écran sous les yeux tu as été assez claire.

c est bon je sais c est quoi je pense redémarre ton pc et normalement laisse zone alarm mais quand il te demande de laisser se connecter le dhcp tu le laisse et normalement sa ira.

Rétablir des valeurs par défaut pour les raccourcis clavier
Dans le menu Outils, cliquez sur Personnaliser.
Cliquez sur Clavier.
Dans la zone Enregistrer dans, cliquez sur le nom du document actif ou sur le modèle qui contient les affectations de touches de raccourci à restaurer.
Cliquez sur Rétablir tout.
Remarque Le bouton Rétablir tout permet de supprimer les affectations de touches de raccourci personnalisées et de restaurer les affectations initiales de Microsoft Word dans le modèle ou le document sélectionné.
je pense pas que sa va marcher mais c est on jamais je ne t oublie on va trouver

Sous windows, cela provient d'un problème avec la gestion des droits d'accès de l'applet. Pour une raison inconnue, ce problème est quand même soluble par une pirouette :

Fermer cette fenêtre, redemarrer votre browser préféré.

désinstalle spybot steplé il a du être corrompue supprime le dossier spybot dans c/programme file sacne ton registre
et telecharge une nouvelle version
