How to go to town in Harvest Moon?

Hello,
I can't get to the town in Harvest Moon, please help me, I'm stuck on this!!!
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

To go to town in "Harvest Moon DS" it’s very simple: you need to meet Princess Keila who is in the 3rd mine at level 255 and charm her. Once she has an orange or red heart, you can go see her, an event will occur where she will want to leave the mine to join her mother who believed her to be dead, buried in the mines (her mother lives in town)! Once she has returned home, you can go to town as much as you want (you don’t have to marry her if you don’t want to; her love points will decrease). In town it’s AWESOME!! You can buy clothes for your son, your wife, and yourself! There are restaurants, a fair, and lots of other things! HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

KE$Ha, you're the best in the game! Thanks to you, I was able to go to town, and I really appreciate it. I have until 8 PM to sleep with KESHA, but it didn't work out. I brought her a piece of her rainbow and the clothes; it happened on a rainy day. A very nice NPC, but there isn't a fairground. We can buy clothes and a new creature for new animals. Hello
Getting to town isn't simple!
First, you need a girlfriend (mine is Muffy)
Then you give her gifts (until her heart turns red)
You find 62 elves
You expand your house (Gothz the carpenter on the phone)
You have all the animals (at least one of each species)
You marry her (buy the blue feather at the supermarket when you have at least 5000 affection points)
Then, you need to have a child with her.
And then you can go.

Pour aller sur la barque, il faut que tu aies beaucoup d'argent. Pour ça, tu dois aller voir les lutins, leur demander de t'aider à pêcher et ils vont te donner de l'argent. Mais ça, il faut que tu le fasses en hiver, et après quelques jours, le maire va te demander d'acheter l'île et tada tada.
