Facebook - poke issue

Hello,

I can no longer poke.
Let me explain: when I receive a poke, I can poke back with "poke back." I can also poke MY FRIENDS by clicking "poke" on the profile (below the photo...). However, I can no longer poke people who are not on my friends list (by searching). Now there is only "add as friend"; "send a message"; "see friends" on the public profile...
First of all, is this normal?
If not, does anyone know how to fix this and poke?

    Once you're on a friend's wall, in the top right under the cover photo, there are two big buttons. One on the right indicates that you are their friend, and another that says "message," with a button next to it on the right (which means "options"). You click on it, and a list appears: view friendship links and just below "poke," you just need to click on it!

      Congratulations, you’re specific! And that's very good; for poker, you had to go to the cover photo, because all the answers that aren't specified make us navigate for hours for nothing!!

    Hello,
    what can I do to block "pokes"?? I'm fed up with this app!! I keep receiving them, whether from my friends or not. And I really want to delete this app!! I managed to block messages from those who are not my friends, but this "poke", I've tried in vain, I don't know what to do anymore. I've gone through all the possible settings, but to no avail!!
