PC ralenti led HDD clignotante

Bonjour,
depuis jeudi matin mon PC portable tourne au ralenti. Tout a commencé par le fait qu'il me dise au démarrage, "Windows n'a pas pu démarrer" et il a tenté une réparation. Depuis il démarre très lentement (je n'ai pourtant pas beaucoup d'application qui se lance au démarrage), la led HDD clignote pendant 15-20 minute après le démarrage et il lag monstrueusement. Rien qu'ouvrir le poste de travail est une mission !
Il a été défragmenté mercredi automatiquement, je l'ai scanné avec Antivir (aucun résultat), puis avec Bitdefender en ligne (3 virus trouvés et supprimés).
En regardant les performance, le processeur travaille entre 50 et 100 % constamment. Le processus le plus gourmant est svchost.exe (70 000k).
Avez-vous une idée de ce qui a pu se passé et qui consomme autant de ressources ?
