How to unlock hotel mode on LG

Hello,
I bought an LG screen (LG M228WD-BZ) with built-in TNT. I learned that I could limit the sound by using the hotel mode.
I managed to access the special menu by pressing the "menu" button on the remote control
and the one on the TV at the same time. I limited the sound, but in the process, while adjusting other settings, I locked
the use of the buttons on the TV! So now, I can't access the special menu since the "menu" button
on the TV is locked!!!
How can I reset to factory settings or unlock the hotel mode???

Turn on the television.
Press and hold the menu button on the television and the menu button on the remote control simultaneously (starting with the menu button on the television) for about 7 seconds.
The factory menu appears.
Press the menu button again (remote control).
Then press OK to select the line: LG mode hotel setup
The hotel mode appears.
To unlock hotel mode, choose NO on the 1st line.
Press menu to exit hotel mode.
