Probleme de spyware Résolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour à tous,ce soir j'ai télécharger des codecs pour le lecteur window media et apres avoir télécharger ça ne marcher pas et mon fond d'écran a changer ca me met ca :

Et mon anti virus beuge je n'arrive plus à faire des analyse.
Comment faire pour enlever le spyware SVP?

- Télécharge HijackThis V 2.02 (HijackThis Installer) :
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe

- Fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l'installation

- Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept

- Clique sur Do a scan system and save log file

- Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse.

- Mets-le à jour

- Redémarre en mode sans échec (Recommandé) :

- Choisis ta session habituelle

- Fais un scan complet avec MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

- Supprime tout ce que le logiciel trouve, enregistre le rapport

* Double-clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans son dossier sur le bureau.
* Redémarre le PC en mode sans échec :

* Choisis ton compte.

Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
* Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé sur le bureau et double-clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.

* Quand il te le demandera, appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
* Ton système sera plus long à redémarrer car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.

Y a rien qui marche à partir de là :

Les icones sont toujours grosses et le fond d'écran tout noir avec écrit sans echecje peut plus aller sur internet et tout

Bonjour je me permets d'intervenir car j'ai le même souci que max51300.

Le problème apparait lors du lancement de fichiers d'installation. 

Le message d'erreur apparait : Failed to get version numbers of _shfoldr.dll
L'antivirus detecte alors : monitor.win32.smartkeystroke

Et je ne peux pas installer sdfix car le virus m'en empêche !

Tout comme max51300, j'attends vos suggestions.

PS : Max51300, une fois le scan sdfix terminé tu peux relancer l'ordi en mode normal... (et pour internet c'est normal, il n'y a pas de reseau en mode sans échec simple)

Ok c'est ce que j'ai fait mais ça na rien changer.

bon pour le mode sans echec c'est OK j'ai trouver un moyen pour remmetre en normal.

Démarrer -> Exécuter... -> Tape msconfig -> Dans l'onglet Général coche Démarrage normal -> OK -> Accepte de redémarrer

Donc quand je redémarre ca m'ouvre le fichier SDFix mais j'ai rien d'autre pas les icones du bureau et pas de menu.

- Télécharge et installe MalwareByte's Anti-Malware :

- Mets-le à jour

- Redémarre en mode sans échec (Recommandé) :
https://www.malekal.com/demarrer-windows-mode-sans-echec/

- Choisis ta session habituelle

- Fais un scan complet avec MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

- Supprime tout ce que le logiciel trouve, enregistre le rapport

- Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport ici

C'est bon avec Avast le spyware a été supprimer.
