Installations d'un skins vista

Bonjour,J'était à la recherche d'un skins ou bien thèmes vista car j'ai xp et je ne trouvais pas sa jolie , donc j'ai été cherché sur internet des skins et j'ai essayer de télécharger un logiciel de skins "vista inspirat 2 1.0 " mais au millieu du téléchargement il me mettent :
" The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b) . Click on OK to terminate the applications "
Mais cette petite fenêtre ne veut plus se fermer donc je suis obligé de faire la commande : ctrl -alt-suppr et faire fin de tache .
Que signifie se problème et comment bien installer cette applications , ( j'ai essayer d'en installer d'autre mais les installations était invalide ).
