Impossible de graver depuis formatage

Bonjour à vous,

Depuis un reformatage, je n'arrive plus à graver que se soit avec Nero 6.0 ou d'autres versions comme la 5.5.

Nero m'indique "write error" "fonction writestate invalide" "impossible d'éxécuter end-track"

Mon graveur est un QSI cdrw/dvd sbw-241 (pilote 5.1.2535. de Micorsoft du 01/07/2001) et (Firmware VX-11)

( Géricom M9 / 2.4ghz / 512 mo / ati m9 64 mo / DD hitachi DK23DA-40 / win XP pro 5.1 mis à jour)

Je joins le copier coller du journal d'erreurs, j'espère que quelqu'un d'ici pourra m'aider.
