      Hello Raymond;

      Anabel is a management software for Carrefour products! Thanks to this software and remote access, we can address the store issues and correct anomalies related to products, invoices, orders, etc. Very complex to use, I suppose it takes some time to master it well!

    If it's proprietary software, it seems to me that the information should be found internally! Each company has its own tools... and in principle, there is internal support.
