Thank you for everything, I was able to solve my problem from yesterday around 11 PM.
I would like to present you with another one:

This is an Intel Celeron Processor - 697 MHz, 480 MB of RAM - Hard drive of 18.6 GB
System: Microsoft Windows XP, Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 2

The problem is that I receive error reports in less than a minute, which prevents me
from doing anything. All windows I open close even if I send the report or not.

Now I have tried to reinstall Microsoft Windows XP, Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 2 and
Windows Setup says this: The installer cannot continue because the version of Windows installed
on your computer is newer than the version on the CD-ROM.

What to do?

It's not very clear all that, install an anti-malware and scan your PC
