I've lost the user manual for my ZAP 3 remote control from Metronic. Can you help me?

    I have the same problem, I lost the manual and I would like someone to tell me how to make it work?

      To reprogram your Metronic Zap 3 Evolution remote control
      press and hold the TV button until the red light stays on
      press the red button to turn off the TV until the light flashes, then wait for your TV to turn off
      Press the TV button again, the flashing light means your remote control is ready to be used
