Et bien, comme tous ceux qui se plaignent d'avoir une machine qui rame, faut faire le ménage.
Désinstalle les logiciels que tu n'utilises plus, grave tes MP3...
Pass ton anti-virus et anti-spyware, vide ta corbeille, fais une dégragmentation.
Supprime tous les raccourcis que tu trouves dans le dossier "Démarrage" (sauf 2 raccourcis relatifs à Vista Inspirat - UberIcon et YsShadow) à partir de Démarrer --> Tous les programmes --> Démarrage.
Y'a d'autres trucs à faire aussi mais tout dépend de tes connaissances.
