Ecran figé sous linux (debutant)

Bonjour, a tous
voici mon probleme , je suis passé de vista a linux il y a quelque jour.
le 1er jour tout va bien mais apres j'ai mon ecran qui se fige (pas la sourie)
et de plus en plus souvent (obliger de rebooté a chaque fois).
j'ai donc réinstallé mais le probleme revien apres le 1er jour.
j'ai verifier les temperatures (ok)
j'ai diminuer la vitesse de mon processeur mais rien y fait.
les mises a jours sont bonne .

jai un amd 3000+
geforce 9100
1 dd IDE 80 go (pour l'instalation)
1 dd sata (pour le stokage)
linux ubuntu
1024 de memoire

a savoir je n'ai jamais eu ce probleme sous windows

pouvez vous m'aidez svp ?

Quand l'écran se fige essaye de relancer le serveur graphique (ctrl alt backspace). Si ça déplante le PC c'est que c'est lui qui a planté.

Personnellement je chercherais plutôt du côté des bureaux 3D (essaye de les désactiver) et des pilotes nvidia (tente d'utiliser nv au lieu de nvidia, tu perdras l'accélération 3D mais au moins ça permettra de valider ou invalider cette piste).

Essaye de voir aussi dans les logs aux heures des plantages s'il y a des informations intéressantes.
sudo more /var/log/messages

Essaye aussi de regarder les mises à jours et les paquets éventuellement cassés :
sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude safe-upgrade
sudo aptitude install deborphan

Lance ensuite :
deborphan

Tant que la commande "deborphan" trouve des paquets cassés tape :
deborphan | xargs sudo dpkg --purge

Déjà avec tout ça on devrait y voir plus clair :-)

dpkg : erreur de traitement de synaptic (--purge) :
problème de dépendance - suppression ignorée
Des erreurs ont été rencontrées pendant l'exécution :
synaptic

voici le message donné apres l'action de deborphan mais etant novice sur linux , je suis un peu perdu
aparament j'ai plusieurs fichier qui on des problemes ...... que faire :(

Est ce que tu as bien fait les aptitudes ? Peux tu me donner leur résultat ? Idem pour la commande deborphan. Parce que là il veut virer synaptic, ça me paraît louche. On dirait que tu as pas mal de trucs cassés. Peux tu aussi me donner le contenu du fichier /etc/apt/sources.list.

comme tu as pu le constater je n'ai plus le meme affichage avec DEBORPHAN et il a fallu que je le reinstall pour l'utiliser..............................hier j'ai juste eu 1 seul bug et la commande (ctrl alt backspace) n'a pas fonctionné donc reboot ...........................je te remerci de ton aide car sinon je serai obliger de retourner sous windows, ce qui ne me plais pas forcement

Il y a un problème ici. Soit tu as un autre gestionnaire de paquet qui tourne (aptitude, apt-get, synaptic...) et il faut le quitter, soit il a été quitté salement la dernière fois car il reste un verrou (/var/lib/dpkg/lock). Si aucun gestionnaire de paquet ne tourne, supprime ce fichier :
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock

Pour le deborphan tout est ok, il n'y a plus de paquet cassé. À ce stade l'installation est presque propre il ne reste plus qu'à faire le "aptitude safe-upgrade". Est-ce que tu as encore des soucis à ce stade, et si oui quels sont-ils ?

merci de m'avoir repodu aussi vite ...
ne sachant pas si un autre gestionnaire tournait ( car je n'y connai rien ) j'ai quand meme fais : sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock

puis j'ai recommancer les aptitudes : sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude safe-upgrade
sudo aptitude install deborphan

et apparemment je n'ai plus rien de verrouiller , tout a l'air ok .

je vais tourné comme ca et je vous tiendrais au courant dans les jours a venir ( pour etre vraiment sur )

merci beaucoup de m'avoir aider ( il me reste plus qu'a aller acheté "linux pour les nul" lol)

Et sinon au niveau des logs (cf <1> ?) ?
Utilises-tu les bureaux 3D (beryl, compiz, emerald...) ?
Si oui essaye de les désactiver.

je ne pense pas avoir un bureau 3D car mes fenetre bascule legerement vers l'arriere pour ce fermé ( c tout)

Il faut que tu descendes avec espace sur une date de plantage. Quand ton ordinateur plante, note l'heure, puis redémarre et regarde ce qui s'est passé, avec un peu de chance c'est indiqué. Mais bon à mon avis tu n'auras plus de plantage. C'était peut être une mise à jour mal faite, une surtension, j'aurais ajouté un petit coup de chaud si tu n'avais pas précisé avoir vérifier les températures...

voila il a replanté (vers 9h00 , environ car je m'etais absenté) mais il y a plein de truc d'ecrit avec la commande sudo more /var/log/messages
defois je n'ai pas de son. au moment ou j'ai ecris ce message il m'a fermé ma secion vers 9h30 sans raison
