Bonjour ou bonsoir, j'ai fait une restauration du système à une date antérieure et depuis alertes Windows s'affichent, j'ai desinstaller FrameNetwork 1.1 puis l'est réeinstaller en outre. De même pour COMODO -le pare feu-.
Je ne sais pas pourquoi l'antispyware est considéré comme périmé et qu'il ne veuille pas mettre à jour AntiVir et indique (le centre de sécurité windows) qu'il est peut-être obsolète.
De plus, il détecte de fois l'antispyware avec périmé deux fois, je ne comprends vraiment pas tout cela.
J'ai essayé de lancer Start Update pour AntiVir mais c'est hyper long et résultat rien même version en date du 21 juin.
Alors en mode sans echec je n'arrive pas à ouvrir AntiVir. Donc c'est alerte.
Puis il faut savoir que MalwareByte's a détécté un Trojan du nom de Vundo avec la mention backups.
Aidez-moi s'il vous plaît. Je suis désespéré avec Vista.

Salut fais ceci:

* Télécharge HijackThis dans "Mes documents
*Puis fais "Install" puis "I accept" puis tu cliques sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile".
*L'analyse se fait un bloc-note s'ouvrira tu fais copier/coller dans le forum.

Tu fais un scan en mode sans échec avec AntiVir. Tu lances le scan et si il détecte un virus (normalement oui) tu cliques sur "delete" et "apply sélection to all following détections. (pour qu'il le supprimes automatiquement). A la fin du scan tu cliques sur "Report" puis normalement un bloc-note s'ouvrira tu l'enregistre sur ton bureau avec le titre "Rapport AntiVir"puis tu redémarre en mode normal puis tu me postes le rapport.

Mode sans Echec:

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.

Bonjour

C'est normal que tu n'arrives pas à mettre à jour ton AntiVir tout ceux l'utilisant ont ceux même problème en ce moment. Tu peux faire la mise à jour manuellement avant de scanner ça peut toujours être utile.

Je n'ai pas pu le mettre à jour manuellement car telechargelent de zip non terminé :
pour le resultat d'AntiVir version du 21 juin à trouvé 2 alertes et un virus; voir rapport ci-dessous ;

Ok ouvre "AntiVir" va dans "Administration" puis "Quarantine" puis dis moi si il y a des choses.

Ok maintenant fais un scan en ligne avec Internet Explorer stp:
