Remotely monitor my computer desktop

A super simple software to install, free, no registration, totally invisible etc:

Personally, I've been using it for almost a year and nobody has noticed that I've been watching them x) like, you can see what the guy is doing and control his PC (mouahaha). If you take the pro version, there are a lot of extra features and you can control many different PCs from the same application on your desktop.

Yes, that's exactly why I don't want to use VNC!
I'm looking for a software that allows me to monitor without it being obvious that I'm watching.

P.S.: I don't need remote desktop functions, like taking control or anything else; I just want to be able to see what's happening on the screen without it being apparent.

To enable VNC on the client side (monitored), the service must be started and confirmed by the person in front of the computer.
