Hello everyone!
I have a serious problem
I have a Bouygues Telecom universal mobile plan and so far no issues
I've used everything up but I could still beep and receive MMS without problems
But when I beeped my dad he answered that I can no longer beep or receive MMS because I have a plan less than 0.15 cents
And unfortunately I received 2 MMS yesterday, I don’t know what to do with them because I’ll be recharged in 10 days and I'm afraid my MMS won't be valid by then
So if you have any tips on how to retrieve them otherwise I would be greatly appreciative

Go to the Bouyg telecom website. You might find something there, and if it really doesn’t work, then
call Bouyg and tell them what’s wrong! There you go, kisses.

On the Bouygues website, you type in "consult a MMS"
and there you go !!

Hello, I have the same plan as you and I have the same problem. Normally, we can access them online, but there isn't the expected page for that because I can't access it. However, I can tell you that your MMS won't be lost, but you must definitely not delete these messages, otherwise they will be lost permanently. That's it, thank you and see you soon.
