Hello,

I have a big problem, let me explain:

I have a USB video capture device from Techgear

It was working fine before, but two weeks ago, when I launched the One Touch Grabber program that comes with it, I got an error message saying it could no longer detect the device. I then reinstalled the program and installed the Vista drivers (because I had the XP drivers before). Now, when I launch One Touch Grabber, I only see the image from the device connected to my capture card for less than a second, then it crashes, and Windows displays this:

I would like to know how to resolve this issue?

Thank you in advance

Best regards,

Good evening everyone, I managed to get our One Touch Grabber to work only on Vista (sorry for others), first, you need to download the drivers at this address
http://nteen.free.fr/dVista_One_Touch_Grabber_DRIVER.zip.
Then download the version of the software for Vista at this address:
http://nteen.free.fr/Vista_One_Touch_Grabber_APP.

First, install the drivers (without having connected the USB adapter), once the installation is complete, connect the USB adapter (the One Touch Grabber), install the software, and restart the PC.
Launch the software and there you go, it works (PAL/NTSC/SECAM).
I think it doesn't work on XP due to SP2, because with SP1 it works perfectly; I will try to get it to work on XP SP2 and let you know, but I doubt I will succeed...

But now I have another problem, here is the connection diagram:

PC > Capture card > Peritel with 1 Peritel output and 1 RCA > connection of the capture card to RCA cable from the Peritel
and I connected the console to the output in Peritel and ops to the TV, I have the image on the TV and on the computer at the same time, now here is my problem:
I connected the 360 above it, at 50 Hz there are colors, but when I switch to 60 Hz mode, even if I change the modes of Pal and SECAM in the capture card program, it is Black and White, how can I make it color? Is my One Touch Video Grabber capture card compatible with 60 Hz? Thanks.

I bought a GRABBINO converter (vhs ---> dvd) that comes with ONE TOUCH GRABBER: this software does not work, what connections need to be made, what settings should I use, do I need to buy a scart/rca adapter? Thank you for your help. Does it work on XP?

Hello

I'm hesitant to buy this type of peripheral because I'm not sure if it's compatible with Linux.

Could you provide me with information about it, such as the chip used (visible in the drivers or in the Windows device manager)... for example, is it an em28xx?

Thank you in advance.
