Telecharge et instales l'antivirus Antivir Personal Edition Classic :

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes :
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

puis passe ceci :

Télécharge Clean:

-> http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip

-> Dézippe tout le contenu dans un dossier que tu auras cré au préalable (sur ton bureau par exemple). Double clic sur clean ou clean.cmd choisie l'option 1.

Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie et colle le contenu sur le forum.

Bonjour a tous,

j'ai installer avira-antivir sur le poste, je l'ai démarré en mode sans echec pour plus d'efficacité jusqu'à la tout aller bien, puis quand le logiciel a commencé à scanner le PC s'est éteint. Est-ce que vous savez à quoi c'est dû.

Slt,

Le PC va bien depuis que l'on a changer la RAM, après son changement (RAM) le scan s'est effectué à 100%
Donc si tu me dis que le rapport antivir va bien c'est qu 'il n'y a plus de virus alors ?

En fait c'etait un ordi perso, donc ça ne rentrer pas dans le cadre du stage mais pour moi si, car ça m'a permis d'aborder ce type de problèmes. Mais ceux qui m'encadre pendant mon stage etaient occupés par leurs tâches donc ils ont plus ou moins suivi mes interventions donc il n'y aura pas de grandes réponses sur leurs avis.

Qu'est ce que je dois faire alors au niveau des choses superflues et de la sécurité.

Au fait comment tu as su que c'était C:\Program Files\WinAntiVirus Pro 2006\ qui posait problèmes ?

ta version de acrobat reader n´est pas a jour, tu veux la version 8.1 derniere en date alors desinstale ta version par le panneau de configuration / ajoue et suppression de programme

et instale la derniere :
